诸葛亮七擒孟获，终于收服了人心，但却因这中间一战烧死了三万藤甲兵而深深内疚，说自己“虽功于社稷，必损寿矣。”

陆洁，出生在美丽的江南水乡苏州，是一个四年级的可爱腼腆善解人意的小女生。

话题一

“功于社稷，必损寿矣”，诸葛亮为什说这句话

藤甲本身就惧火，着火基本上就扑不灭了，所以人死的是很惨的，诸葛亮为了赢得战争，采取火攻。这一战死了三万人，诸葛亮自然心中忏悔。诸葛亮意欲和平收服，而非武力解决，结果却在这不得不面对的战争中用尽计谋。人多有死伤是一个方面，另外一个方面，南蛮之人多未开化，不懂计谋，诸葛亮对付他们就像对付手无缚鸡之力的平民一样，所以诸葛亮心有不忍。

话题二

战争的最高境界，不战而屈人之兵

《孙子兵法》就讲攻心为上，把不战而屈人之兵作为战争的最高境界。既然战争是最终极的手段，所以尽量应当避免。但是由于冲突无法避免，就应该考虑退而求其次的手段。不战而屈人之兵就是指通过非战争方式达到解决问题的效果。

七擒孟获的反思

三国鼎立的局面，北魏曹操占天时，东吴孙权有地利，而蜀国需要靠人和。所以平定西川，完成鼎足局面后，诸葛亮亲自南征，希望稳固人心。但是想想这一路，对孟获是七擒七放，但是其他人是死伤无数。有些帮诸葛亮的被孟获杀了，而带兵来帮孟获的，被诸葛亮杀了。尤其火攻一战死了三万藤甲兵，可以说是生灵涂炭啊。

一开始诸葛亮就收了不少人心，只是孟获不服而已。他不服，加上诸葛亮老放他，不明虚实的很多人就都来帮助孟获。也许早点杀了孟获，就不会引起这么多其他人的死伤。

所以诸葛亮为了一个人的心，杀了这么多人，确实是需要反思的啊。

中国人八卦中第一卦乾卦，最后一个爻是“亢龙有悔”，意思是走到顶头或者尽头，你就会发现自己哪里做错了。

Angell曾经遇到很多“成功人士”，就属于走到了顶端，却“亢龙有悔”，哪怕不是真心要做一件不对的事情，可是做了就是做了，有时候悔是没有用的，甚至于拿很多年去弥补都不够。

爸爸妈妈不妨和孩子们讨论一下，七擒孟获的反思，看看孩子们会怎么说呢？

和平是当今时代的主题

和平与发展是当今时代的主题，但战争仍存在于世界上的一些国家和地区。我国人民自古以来就热爱和平，但是近代西方列强的入侵，让我国一度陷入动荡不安的战争年代。全国人民一起奋战，伤亡无数，最终才换来抗战的胜利，今天的和平是来之不易的，应该加倍珍惜。

战争的最高境界并不是“打赢了”，而是“不战而屈人之兵”。

这才是兵家最高境界啊。
