Qingdao H135 Project Management Officer - AHC

工作地点 Location：青岛市

Responsibilities

1. Monitoring and follow-up of the global schedule of the project (covering the 3 pillars), identify all relevant risks and suggest corrective action plans
2. Coordination with Chinese Partners and get them aligned with AH proposals (strong ability of influence to defend AH interests)
3. Regular report to and relationship maintenance with Chinese local authorities (DRC, Customs, local Aviation Administration Bureau,…)
4. Closely follow-up of blocking points (currently the Free Trade Zone and the Airspace issues…), arrange meetings to discuss and make proposals to ensure the key milestones
(1) Plant reception before 31/08/2018
(2) Airbus/NDRC Summit on 15/09/2018
(3) POA extension authorisation end 2018, POA extension approval mid 2019
(4) SOP at the beginning of 2019,…
5. Ensure good understanding of the situation and transfer the right messages to AH and Chinese stakeholders for appropriate decisions

Competences required

1. Bachelor degree or above

技术员

职位目标：

Position Purpose

独立从事飞机各项改装和维修工作，例如机身、起落架、发动机、电子部件和飞行控制系统的拆装，并确保满足步骤、性能和测试规格的标准。

Independently perform a variety of aircraft modifications and maintenance functions such as removal and installations of airframes, landing gear, engine components, electrical components, and control systems to assure conformance to procedures, performances and test specifications.

主要任务和职责：

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

基本职能：

Essential Functions:

1)     执行所需定期维修和必要的飞机机械系统勤务，必须具有在规定的标准时间内完成维修工作的能力。

Perform required periodic maintenance and necessary servicing of all aircraft mechanical systems. Must demonstrate the ability to consistently perform assigned maintenance task within the quoted or standard CMP time.

2)     为合作的技术员提供工作指导，通过介绍及样例设置高质量标准。

Provide work direction for co-workers. Promote high standards of quality through instruction and by example setting.

3)     与质量部门合作完成内外部审查及文件准备，正确及时的完成工作包签署、工作交接记录及其他文件，确保所有工作满足质量标准和规格。

Coordinate with the Inspection department to ensure compliance with internal and external inspection and documentation requirements. Properly complete work order sign-offs, shift turnovers, and other paper work in a timely manner. Ensure that all work accomplished meets quality standards and specifications.

4)     正确标记客户财产和设备，安全存放飞机部件及其他客户财产。

Properly identify (tag) customer property and equipment. Store aircraft components and other customer property securely and safely.

5)     按标准操作程序和JSA操作地面设备，例如电源、液力源、氮气和氧气勤务。操作并监控主要部件拆装时使用相关的特殊设备。

Follow standard operating procedures and JSAs when operating ground support equipment, such as power supply, hydraulic rigs, nitrogen filler carts, and oxygen service carts. Operate and supervise use of special support equipment used in removal and installations of major components.

6)     按需协助飞机移动

Coordinate movement of aircraft as required.

7)     按需协助其他部门安排客户财产的大修或修理。

Coordinate with other departments to arrange for the overhaul or repair of customer property as needed.

其他职能

Additional Functions:

1)     使用部件追逐系统创建部件需求，更正系统中工时和工作记录等。

Use the material tracking system to create parts demand and to charge labor to correct work orders and item numbers.

2)     按6S及精益管理保持工作间、机库及飞机工作场地清洁和整洁，正确收集及排放报废燃油、滑油、液压油、除冰液及清洁剂。

Apply 6S and Lean Initiatives to keep shops, hangars, and aircraft work areas clean and uncluttered. Properly collect and dispose of waste fuel, oil, hydraulic fluids, de-icing fluids, and solvent rags.

3)     在所负责的全部领域实施精益管理及持续改进。

Implement and apply Lean/continuous improvement processes to all areas of responsibility.

4)     正确使用和维护公司提供的工具和设备，使用后归还至设定的存储区域。

Properly use and maintain company-provided tools and equipment. Return items to designated storage area after use.

5)     按照上级要求进行其他工作。

Perform other duties as assigned.
