“在未来10年,广交会将不再是商品交易会,而更像是一个品牌展会——企业在这里展示其产品的附加价值,因为这些企业深深明白道,需要更为清晰和强有力的品牌,将产品与生活方式无缝连接,变得与众不同的同时,甚至有可能提升价格。”

The hype of the Canton Fair is real and the excitement was palpable as the halls filed up with enthusiast buyers from all over the world. But those halls didn’t only have buyers and exhibitors. There were also design companies offering their services and you better bet, we didn’t miss our shot! Chinese manufacturers, commonly called OEMs, have increasingly been transiting towards having their own brand, and that’s exactly where Orange Branding nails it. With over 10 years of experience in China, we’re among the only companies to provide tailored services to match specific needs of hard to satisfy customers.

But success isn’t only measured by clients, it’s also about getting noticed and playing in the big leagues. The prominent China Daily Newspaper interviewed our CEO, Mr. Jorg van den Hoven on the shift of Chinese manufacturers towards brand building. Undoubtedly, given his experience, he had his word to say about it:

"In the coming 10 years, the Canton Fair will no longer be a commodity fair, but a brand fair where companies sell products with added value,as the companies now understand that they need clear, strong branding that links their products with a lifestyle to differentiate themselves from competitorsand possibly raise the price.”

If this vision is true, the change will be quite amazing for us to witness as we closely work with these factories. But that’s in 10 years, and meanwhile, the next fair is already scheduled in October this year, where we will actively seek solutions for companies jumping on the band wagon while it’s still time.
