据雅虎体育记者Adrian Wojnarowski报道，消息人士透露，姚明入选2016年名人堂。

-All players inducted to the HOF are evaluated on their entire body of work. For some, it includes their collegiate career. For others, their coaching. In Yao's case, it's the combination of his international influence both on/off the court. People, not saying you, that are nitpicking and saying Yao doesn't deserve to be in the HOF, don't understand that being selected for the HOF isn't solely based upon the player's NBA playing career, but rather it's many other factors.
