别拦着我看世界丨2020 年水手计划启程！

走出封锁，你该去看看真实的世界...





“水手计划”是单向街公益基金会发起的文学活动。为了帮助青年创作者们重新发现世界，我们将倾力资助他们进行海外和国内旅行，协助、指导他们的创作，直至推广、展览他们的最后成果，力求把新的全球想象带到汉语写作中来。

2018 年 8 月，第一期水手计划启航。我们总计收到 500 位创作者的申请，初选通过 50 人，复选 12 人。经过评审委员会审阅，考虑到项目可行性、逻辑严谨性和创新程度等评选标准，最终选出柏琳、郭爽、冯孟婕、刘子超、曾嘉慧 5 位入选者。他们分别前往萨拉热窝、长崎、摩鹿加群岛、帕米尔和雅加达，用几个月的时间，深入进行调研和写作。他们的创作涵盖了人文、历史、自然等广泛的领域，拓展了中文世界的认知边界，展现出新一代创作者锐意创新、拥抱世界的新面貌。所有创作成果在 2019 年陆续通过新媒体和展映等方式与公众见面，并于 2020 年 5 月正式结集出版了《走出孤岛：水手计划特辑》。

疫情让世界再次分裂，也让我们更加迫切地想要走出封锁。消极情绪笼罩全球，我们企望新创造力的诞生。现在，2020 年水手计划 正式启动，我们邀请你——关注世界、怀抱理想、敢于实践的青年创作者——成为我们的“水手”，去往宽阔的世界，并把它呈现到我们眼前。

北京单向街公益基金会于二〇一六年正式成立。其理想是深入推广阅读文化、扶持文学、艺术领域的优秀创作者，资助国际文化交流活动，倡导不流于消费时代的精神价值；单向街公益基金会筹集和管理各界人士捐赠的善款，搭建一个透明、有公信力并具备可持续发展能力的平台，以实现话语世界最优秀的文化公益基金会为愿景。

"Sailors Project" is a literary initiative launched by One Way Street Foundation. It helps young creators rediscover the world by supporting them to travel overseas, assisting and guiding their literary creation, and promoting and exhibiting their works,so as to bring a new global vision into Chinese writing.

In August 2018, we launched the first phase of Sailors Project. In total, we received 500 applications. 50 candidates passed the preliminary selection and 12 survived the second round of review. After evaluating the applications based on their project feasibility, logical rigor,and innovation, we selected 5 finalists: Bai Lin, Guo Shuang, Feng Mengjie, Liu Zichao and Zeng Jiahui. They traveled to Sarajevo, Nagasaki, Moluccas, the Pamirs and Jakarta respectively, and spent several months doing in-depth research and writing intensively. Their creations covered a wide range of fields such as humanities, history, and nature, which have pushed the cognitive boundaries of the Chinese world, and presented the new face of a new generation of writers who are determined to pursue innovation and embrace the world. All their works met the public via new media or exhibitions in 2019, and in May 2020, a collection of their works, "An End to Isolation: Special Issue on the Sailors Project", was officially published.

Scope of application:

1. Literary category, preferably documentary writing, fiction works also accepted

2. Visual category, including photography, videos and modern artworks

3. Both domestic and overseas applicants are welcome

Number of recipients: three to five

Amount ofgrant: 30000-50000 RMB per person (depending on the application)
