2015年，海南航空在全球9个国家和地区举办超过100场乘务员专场招聘。今年，海南航空将依托国内外新开航线计划，建立全球化乘务员招聘网络布局，招聘行程覆盖国内20余座城市、70多所院校，还将赴美国、英国、比利时、意大利、捷克和俄罗斯等欧美国家开展乘务人才招聘。同时，将继续加强与国内外院校的沟通合作，探索前置化、精准化的乘务人才订单培养模式。
据了解，海南航空2016年计划招募2000名乘务人才，其中外籍乘务人才300名，外语特长人才200名，并计划3年内将国际乘务员（包含外籍、中国台湾地区和国内外语特长乘务员）占比提升至30%，实现国际航线均配备一定数量熟悉该国文化和沟通习惯的乘务员执飞，打造一支具有多元文化背景、素质卓越的乘务员队伍，助力公司国际化发展战略。
In 2015, Hainan Airlines held more than 100 special jobfairs across nine countries andregions worldwide. This year, the airline, in accordance with its schedule forlaunching new domestic and international routes, plans to build a global flightattendant recruitment network spanning more than 20 cities and in associationwith more than 70 colleges and universities across China, recruiting crewmembers from the U.S., the U.K., Belgium, Italy, the Czech Republic and Russia.Meanwhile, the airline plans to strengthen cooperationwith both Chinese and foreign colleges and universities, in a move to exploreand develop a more advanced and precise model for the recruitment and trainingof flight attendants and airline staff.
This year, Hainan Airlines plans to recruit 2,000 flightattendants, including 300 Chinese citizens and 200 nationals of other countrieswho are proficient in more than one language. The airline plans to improve theproportion of attendants on international routes (including non-Chinese andTaiwanese attendants in addition to those from mainland China) who areproficient in foreign languages in a move to assure that at least 30 percent ofthe airline's flight staff have this proficiency.This effort will ensure that all international routes areequipped with a workforce that is familiar with the culture and communicationstyles of the destination country.A diversified and excellent collection of talented flightattendants and airline staff is in the process of being assembled with theexpectation these new additions to the team will help Hainan Airlines furtherdrive its international development strategy.
