北美华裔电影人联盟（CFTAA - Chinese Film Talent Alliance of North America）是由北京华文智库文化咨询有限公司的CIPP互联网电影人经纪平台与美籍华裔传媒专家 JAY SHEN(沈杰)先生共同发起的非盈利组织，目前通过网络微信平台做线上互动交流，评审选择之后成为CFTAA会员，再载入CIPP互联网电影人才数据库。
沈杰先生作为华文智库CIPP副总裁兼美国馆的负责人,将通过CFTAA微信沟通群广泛接触北美地区的优秀华裔电影人才,收集有海外教育背景并具备双语能力的电影人才及相关从业信息,经华文智库北京总部的人才评估委员会审核,审核通过者将被载录到CIPP互联网电影人美国馆的相应频道人才数据库, 个人或公司一旦正式成为会员，即可享受华文智库CIPP线上和线下的免费高效广泛推广和专业经纪服务，特别是能够得到全球国际电影人检索，CIPP将保障合作方的合法经济利益以及项目合作顺利进行。
CIPP 是“华文智库”在中国版权保护中心、中国电视艺术家协会、中国电影家协会以及中国互联网协会共同发起的“影视版权产业联盟”的大力支持下成立的全球文化产业咨询机构线上平台，简称“CIPP”，官网是“www.cipp.org.cn”。
作为影视版权产业联盟的创始成员单位,“华文智库”将充分利用所掌握的全球国际影视人才资源, 通过搭建联盟国际合作平台,为广大中国影视制作机构和投资机构输送国际化新生代影视人才, 提供专业化综合服务。
CIPP 是“华文智库”研发推出的O2O 国际影视人才经纪平台。全球国际影视人才将以“国家馆”的方式分类（今年将建立上线10个国家馆）,中国影视制作公司和投资机构将可以通过进入 CIPP 官网的线上国家馆,以最快的速度找到所需的各国影视人才(包括演员、导演、编剧、美术、音乐、造型、化妆、摄影、特效等), 并通过 CIPP 的专业高效的经纪团队,以最合理的价格实现线下签约。此外,还可以享受专业合理的承制、翻译、境外协拍等高颜值服务。

We have built a global film talent agent Company and online talent platform– A healthy film Talent Agent community (will be 10 countries) , our service include on-line Talent membership and off-line film project base services. The distribution would mainly be in China or bilingual market overseas.

We will build 10 country Pavilions on line. each Pavilion has all Film talent (individual and production company) list that includes Actress, Actor,Director, Producers, DP, special effects, musician, screenwriter, script translator, etc. of that country. we will classify qualified young generation people ( film maker, indi film producer, Writers, students, graduates, production companies ...) as the certified member into each Country Pavilion on line.
We have attracted many Chinese investors, film production & producing companies come to discuss the film projects, become our memebers, vendor, we will provide the service such as overseas location utilized shooting service, script translations, and more.
Because of distribution market is in China. mostly Film projects would be co-production film, Web-films. we have thousand Chinese film production companies are coming to sign up with us in the past few months, for utilizing local production services, future co-production featured film projects, at same time, we are also looking for American production companies to join us.
For overseas shooting utilizing service, we’ll find the best solutions, catering to budgets of all sizes project. The goal is to make your crew stay and shoot effortless economically in the United States, to utilize the appropriate film and television talent in the United States.
