简单介绍我自己:

我的名字是张海露, 你叫我Eric就好了。我不是什么“大神” “大牛”, 我是一个和大多数人一样的一名英语学习爱好者。如今也在努力的提高自己的教学技能，争取早日成为一名靠谱的老师。我希望我可以和更多的人分享我的学习和笔记，听取更多人的思考和分享，帮助更多的人可以靠谱的有效的提高英文水平，并且通过学习英文这项技能使自己成为一个更优秀的更有趣的自信的人，通过坚持学习而收获强大的学习能力和执行力。

高中辍学, 莫名其妙(uh…money talks)的上了本地一所三表大学念了“商务英语”专业. 公共四级考了三次才擦边考过, 六级,专业四级八级一次考过. 毕业后去美国读研，攻读TESOL教育硕士，简单说就是学“怎么教英文”。在美国学习期间在学校的GLCC(国际语言文化中心)担任ESL tutor, 最大爱好就是尝试一切方法来让英文学习变得有趣有效. 目前参加"Teach for China"为期两年的支教项目，在广东省汕头市潮南区雷岭镇的一个小村子里做一名小学老师，教体育和英语.

我相信学习无非就是积累, 勤能补拙, 努力比方法更加重要。我相信踏踏实实的学习，善意的观察真诚的交流分享是一种充实愉悦的体验。我想用我的坚持和分享践行”怕什么真理无穷，进一寸有一寸的欢喜“。
