很高兴地向大家宣布酒店“2016年三月份喜达屋关爱之星。”感谢大家让我们发现了很多动人的关爱故事和优秀的同事。

I'm a dormitory officer, I would like to nominate Demi Gao to be the care star for the Mar.

I don't know how to use computers, my works couldn’t be completed on time without using computer. Learning computeris very difficult for me, Demi always teaches me from how to start computer to how to key in words… every time I realized she seriously taught me and let me have to learn from her. Even though she is busy, she teaches me with patience. I learnt a lot from her and I would like to thank her again.

我是酒店的员工宿舍管理员刘芳，在此我想提名我的同事高扬为本月的关爱之星。

电脑操作对我来说几乎不会使用，由于我的工作一部分是要在电脑上完成的，这样就导致我的工作无法按时完。学习电脑我要从头开始，工作的难度可想而知，可高扬总是不厌其烦的教我，从如何开机到怎么使用，输密码、大小写、在键盘上的每个键都是起什么作用的……每次看着她认真教我的样子，让我这个不爱学习的人，不由自主的也跟着认真起来。尽管她自己也很忙，但还是不厌其烦地教我一些小方法。从她身上使我深深感到了同事之间真诚地互相帮助。我再次感谢她，并庆幸我有一个这样乐于助人的同事而感到心安。Bob Lu is from YUE restaurant.

Not long ago, he hurt his waist and the pain is unbearable. He finally had a chance to see a doctor. But at that day, YUE restaurant receivedone small banquet, and there were many walk-in guests. When bob Lu heard about this, he just came to work and with any complaints. He helped restaurant operation. Although it was a small thing, his character also reflected his persistent and seriously work attitude. This makes us deeply moved, it is an kind boy, works for an ordinary jobs, but he shows the dedicated and thoughtful service!

Simple to write and looked easy, but it is not easy to do.

卢鸿福是我们中餐厅的一名正式员工。

前段时间腰部有过劳损，一直疼痛难忍，终于赶上休假，约了医生前去就诊。但是中餐厅当日接了一场小型婚宴,又有很多散客前来用餐,非常繁忙。卢鸿福听闻餐厅状况后,没有任何推脱并主动提出返回餐厅加班,帮助餐厅完成正常运营。虽然是一件小事,可是,却看得出他性格中的认真质朴和执着认真的工作态度，这使我深受感动，就是这样一个看起来普通厚道的男孩，工作在平凡的餐厅服务岗位上，却奉献出优质服务和周到温馨！

写起来很简单,看起来很容易,可做起来并非易事。In this brightness spring, we had a busy March. And during Mar. we caught lots of moments which is moving, especially about Carl Zhang.

After LRA inspection, we had many places to bemended and purified, the majority are about decoration. Carl is a carpenter with painting skills in decoration teams and he cooperated with another colleague to do the painting for writing desk in guest room for saving cost.They use overtime and day off to finish the job. Last month, they totally solved over 640 pieces maintenance orders and over 20 pieces per. So Carl was highly praised by supervisor and manager.

We select Carl as the care star in March.

春光明媚，酒店迎来的了新年后的一个繁忙的三月，在这一个月里，多少工作中温情感动的瞬间都值得我们去称赞。

张小哲师傅是工程部装修班组的一名员工，他技术娴熟，为人正直，能团结其他同事积极的为酒店成本节约做出努力。写字桌翻新刷漆的工作一做就是两个月，每天在下班后和上班前及自己的休假日里连轴转的忙。在过去的三月份里修补地毯，粉刷修复墙面划痕及各种LRA检查的装修问题都是他们装修班组来完成。此外装修班组平均每天的维修单量达到20多份，三月份全月640张。张小哲师傅稳稳当当的配合主管完成了日常维保，维修及LRA问题的集中处理。得到了主管和经理的肯定急表扬。
