I think controllers should issue controlinstruction proper and correct and pilots should operation correct and thecontroller and pilot should understand with each other.

I should keep calm and not quarrel with pilot in myfrequency and I should tell pilot not dispute in this frequence that influenceother aircraft flight safety,we can cooperate with each other after you land.

I think speak is the most problem.I need more speakat leisure.

Because today we have moreand more international flight, they speak English, controller must using Englishto communicate with them, because our work is to make sure the safety andefficiency of the air traffic. No,I do not think.Beacuse keep speed adjustment tothe minimum cause waste fuel and may cause declare emergency fuel or low fuelwhen landing at destination airport.

Yes,I do. Radar control separation : thesame level 40 kilometers ,same direction cross 15 kilometers,opposite directioncross 40 kilometres. Procedure control separation is 10 minutes.

14.  Is separation changeable in your control unitaccording to the situation of traffic in the air? How can you change it?

Yes, it is. When the routes weather are bad we needincrease separation than normal.When the next control airspacr have flowcontrol we should use speed adjustment and orbit to satisfy the separation.

15.  Why is minimum separation needed in airtraffic control services?

Because the minimum separation is the minimumsafety separation among the aircraft,if extend the minimum separation may causeaircraft TCAS alert and traffic conflict.
