职位描述：

The IBM Project team is seeking a Mental Health & Psychology SME. They will be responsible for supporting the development of requirements for a Community (extranet) project. They must be able to communicate orally about the mental health community and their communication methods to help build requirements for an Extranet portal to support practitioners. As part of this portal, SAMHSA is consolidating dozens of programs and grantees into a single community website and must understand the key stakeholders needs in using the portal.
Required skills/Level of Experience:

The Qualtrics Survey Programmer is primarily responsible for the development of market research surveys utilizing Qualtrics.
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and test custom solutions to unique survey requirements.
- Review survey requirement documents and provide clear and concise written feedback with regards to programming considerations.
- Work with the Research & Analytics team to program surveys, having varying requirements, to meet team and client needs.

Education:
