各位驰骋职场的粑粑麻麻们看过《高效能人士的7个习惯 (The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People)》吗？这本影响了无数政界和商界精英的书，也有少儿版哦 —— 从小就开始培养他们的好习惯吧！

1Be proactive - You're in charge积极主动，我的人生我负责

I am a responsible person. I take initiative. I choose my actions, attitudes and moods. I do not blame others for my wrong actions. I do the right thing without being asked, even when no one is looking.

我对自己负责，做事积极主动。我能管理好自己的行为、态度和情绪。我做了错事不推卸责任。君子慎独，哪怕没有人监督，我也会努力自觉地去做正确的事情。

2 Begin with the end in mind - Have a plan有目标，有计划



I plan ahead and set goals. I do things that have meaning and make a difference. I am an important part of my classroom and contribute to my school's mission and vision. I look ways to be a good citizen.

做事前我会制定计划、确定目标。我会做很多有意义、有积极影响力的事。我是班级里的重要一员，为学校事务贡献自己的力量。我希望成为一个好公民。

3Put first things first - Work first, then play做事分主次，先工作，后娱乐



I spend my time on things that are most important. This means I say no to things I know I should not do. I set priorities, make a schedule, and follow my plan. I am disciplined and organized.

我会把时间花在最重要的事情上。勇于向不该做的事儿说不。我制定优先级，做日程表，然后按计划推进。我自律同时做事有条理。

4  Think win-win - Everyone can win有双赢意识

I balance courage for getting what I want with consideration for what others want. I make deposits in others' Emotional Bank Accounts. When conflicts arise, I look for third alternatives.

我勇于争取自己想要的，但是我同时也会考虑别人的需求。我在别人的“情感银行”帐号里放下我的存款（维系情感）。有矛盾的时候，我寻求能平衡彼此需求的解决方案。

5 Seek first to understand, then to beunderstood先去理解别人，再求被人理解

I listen to other people's ideas and feelings. I try to see things from their viewpoints. I listen to others without interrupting. I am confident in voicing my ideas. I look people in the eyes when talking.

我仔细聆听别人的想法和感受，努力从他人角度去理解问题，也不会打断别人的话。我可以自信表达自己的观点，与人交流时会直视对方的眼睛。

6  Synergize - Together is better协同－合作会更好



I value other people's strengths and learn from them. I get along well with others, even people who are different than me. I work well in groups.I seek out other people's ideas to solve problems because I know that by teaming with others we can create better solutions than anyone of us can alone. I am humble.

我明白别人身上闪光点的价值并向他们学习。即便是和我很不一样的人，我也能愉快地和他们相处。我很擅长团队合作，也很善于听取他人的建议，因为我知道与单打独斗相比，团队合作能带来更好的解决方案。我保持谦逊。

7 Sharpen the saw - Balance feels best磨刀不误砍柴工，平衡为上

I take care of my body eating right, exercising and getting sleep. I spend time with family and friends. I learn in lots of ways and lots of places, not just at school. I find meaningful ways to help others.

我关注饮食健康，锻炼身体，保证睡眠。我常常陪伴家人和朋友。对我来说，学习的方法和场所都很多－绝不止于学校。我用有意义的方式去帮助别人。

帮助孩子培养好习惯的最佳办法就是给他们做榜样哦！如果在日常生活中，粑粑麻麻也能以身作则，相信宝贝们也能积极效仿的。粑粑麻麻不妨带着宝贝们经常背诵这些守则，或者写下来，贴在能看的到的地方，督促自己，也监督小朋友。
