李超
李超，女，1986年生，山东东营人，现为西北农林科技大学2012级园艺学院果树学博士研究生
个人简历：
2012年，毕业于西北农林科技大学园艺学院园艺植物种质资源学专业，取得农学硕士学位，其中毕业论文被评为校优秀毕业论文，以优异的成绩保送西北农林科技大学果树学专业博士。
本人在思想觉悟上始终对自己有较高的要求，遵纪守法，乐于助人，能用科学发展观来认识世界认识社会，能清醒的意识到自己所担负的社会责任，对个人的人生理想和发展目标，有了相对成熟的认识和定位。
在专业课程的学习上，结合原来的学科背景和研究兴趣，我很快地确定了自己的研究方向和领域，并有针对性的认真研读了有关书籍杂志，学习了相关的必修与选修课程。学习刻苦，成绩优秀，博士期间成绩名列前茅。
在科研能力上，具有积极向上心和严谨求实的态度，做事有条理，能吃苦耐劳，善于与人合作，有团队精神。博士阶段主要从事外源褪黑素及多巴胺对苹果抗盐抗旱及果实发育调控等研究工作。选题新颖，研究内容创新性强，首次使用外源多巴胺及褪黑素对苹果抗盐抗旱及果实发育进行研究，2012年入学以来，在导师的指导下，通过自身不断的努力，以及与师长同学间的探讨交流，提高了查阅文献资料的能力和科研方法的能力。锤炼了书面表达的能力和独立思考判断能力，已取得一定的成果。

国奖获奖感言
感谢西北农林科技大学，感谢园艺学院把这份荣誉给我。虽然我不是很聪明，但我很努力地做每件事，同时也懂得：天上不会掉下馅饼，成功永远不会降临到懒惰者的身上。拿到奖学金无疑对是成绩优异的肯定，以及对各方面的最高评价。但与其他真正优秀的同学们相比，我无法相提并论。面对同学与老师的赞美，也许可以证明我是不错的，可我却不够优秀，与真正有才华的同学相比更加显得我实在太渺小。只有更加努力才行，这份荣誉也许正是我前往远方的动力。
白尺竿头，更进一步。荣誉就好比是圆形的跑道，既是终点，又是起点。奖学金并不是我最终的目标，而是我前进路途中的一股动力。我不会因为一时取得好的成绩而骄傲，也不会因为成绩一时不理想而气馁。学习就如逆水行舟，不进则退。只有不断地努力，不骄不躁，认真对待学习，才能取得更优异的成绩。
