*ST尤夫这只有着28个跌停历史的股票，这两天涨得真是欢腾，连板2日，对于这样一只被会计事务所针对2017年报出具“无法表示意见”得公司，着实有点丈二摸不着头脑得感觉。5月17日， *ST尤夫发布公告称：更正了2017年年度报告。原因是年报审计师数据提供不及时、工作人员疏忽导致公告中部分内容出现错误。看更正之后的大多数据都是利好市场，这两天涨的欢的原因找到了。涨停跌停还真靠审计师了？？！！

看了下尤夫的坏事真不少， 1月9日，公司本身以及实际控制人颜静刚被中国证监会立案调查，理由均是“涉嫌违反证券法律法规”。 1月26日，尤夫收到江西省南昌市中级人民法院民事裁定书，原因是2起民间借贷纠纷。2月7日，公司由于民间借贷纠纷于次日起被实行其他风险警示，股票简称变更为“ST尤夫”。有相关诉讼申请人向法院提出财产保全申请，冻结公司部分银行账户。此外该公司还收到深交所询问。*ST尤夫2018年第一季度业绩报告也犯了数据错误。对于这样一家前科累累的公司，锅都由审计师背有点牵强。

现在市场很诡异，形成了周一周二尾盘上涨，周三周四尾盘跳水，周五继续黑。今日三大股指集体走弱，市场依然低迷，一方面贸易战的不确定性，以及黑周五的来临，资金参与热情不足，成交量低迷；另一方面前期对市场影响较大的医药板块由涨转跌，虽然部分医药股仍然上涨但是上涨的家数明显减少。早盘消费类扩散到了服装；部分资金参与广东板块，押注规划出台，深华发A、沙河等股票活跃；今日6个妖股打架，打死了5个，只留了宏川，惨烈。

截止收盘，沪指收3154.28，下跌0.48%，深成指10635.5，下跌0.62%，创业板1831.2，下跌0.84%。两市上涨1285家，下跌1887家。

芯片调整很久了，题材轮动以及贸易战的不确定性，会不会来一波？

近期2大热点，环保大会和世界杯。

宝能继续抛抛抛，已经连续8天出现大宗交易，目前宝能已经卖了81亿元股份，宝能一共要卖10%的股份，差不多300亿规模，目前看还得继续卖一阵子，至少要到6月份了。

不得不承认，一年的交易当中，多数是在无聊当中度过的，赚大钱的日子和交易次数都是很有限的~~
