名词解释：
集中吊顶：
是HUV金属方板与电器的组合。分扣板模块、取暖模块、照明模块、换气模块。安装简单，布置灵活，维修方便，成为卫生间、厨房吊顶的主流。
简单地说，集成吊顶又叫整体吊顶、整体天花顶，就是将吊顶模块与电器模块，均制作成标准规格的可组合式模块，安装时集成在一起而已。
当然，随着全屋集成吊顶的发展，除了厨卫，其他空间也是能用的。但是最集中的，还是在厨卫空间。集成吊顶的风格，也多种多样，可以搭配着整体家装风格。

持久耐用性上对比
持久性、耐用性，这个问题也是大家比较关心的。要知道，好不容易花时间装修好了，还没几天就出现问题，搁在谁身上，都不太愿意。
石膏板吊顶是用涂料来掩盖安装时的拼缝，刚装修完成时，感觉效果可以，但是时间一长，如果工艺不到位，原来掩盖掉的拼缝和乳胶漆就会开裂，影响整体的美观度……这时如果要保持美观，就要重新涂刷。虽然石膏板本身具有很好的防潮性能，但是表面的涂料却不具备防潮功能。时间长了或者保养不当，用涂料刷白的石膏吊顶就会发霉变黄。

石膏板吊顶上的防水涂料容易吸附油渍，而且较难进行日常清理，基本上是要隔几年重新涂刷一次。所以，不好清扫！

石膏板吊顶的涂料含有甲醛，如果想做别的颜色，就要用到油漆。石膏板做的吊顶没有防火性，石膏板的支撑主要是靠两层纸，把纸烧掉以后板子就散了，容易造成顶部坍塌的危险。
集成吊顶是以铝材为基材，铝本身就是一种可回收的环保金属，不含有毒物质，而且对铝本身的处理，如表面材质色彩等，都是在出厂前已经完成，现场施工只是安装上的程序，不需要任何的辅助程序就能完成，安装之后稳固牢靠，不会发生吊顶突然砸下来的意外，而且其防火性能很好。

石膏板吊顶或普通吊顶一般都会对层高多少有些影响，但是集成吊顶为了便于检修电器，所以安装简单拆装方便，对层高影响较小。

集成吊顶也在于品牌和选材，如果品牌太烂，材质太次，电器质量太差，那么集成吊顶的使用寿命也同样的短。

集成吊顶应该如何选？
1、铝扣板的厚度不是关键
不是越厚越好，一般是0.6-0.7毫米，没必要用过厚的，过厚的还可能是贴膜的或者是劣质回收铝材制作而成的。选择时除了要注意表面的光洁度外，还要观察板子薄厚是否均匀，用手捏一下板子感觉一下，弹性和韧性是否好。
还得看涂层：表面涂层的能力，代表了吊顶防油污、防水的能力，优质的扣板涂层会有特殊纹路设计，阻止水雾积聚和抗油污等。在检查材质时，可以用磁铁吸一吸，检查面板的材质。
2、电器的质量比扣板重要
铝扣板其实质量不会非常差，寿命的差别主要还是在电器上，所以电器的质量很重要，因此在选购集成吊顶时，可以询问商家产品配备电器的合作伙伴，或者保修年限等一些较为实际的问题。
3、辅料
大部分建材都要在辅料里面作文章。集成吊顶的辅料包含三角龙骨、主龙骨、吊杆、吊件等，这些很重要。
有些商家提出免费赠送安装材料来吸引小伙伴们来购买，但是往往所赠送的辅料大多质量一般或者低劣，安装后又无法看到，过一段时间可能出现变形，脱落等现象。因此在小伙伴门购买时一定要仔细查看商家赠送的材料质量，以免后期出现质量问题导致扯皮纠纷。
4、安装
集成吊顶和实木地板一样，三分材料七分安装。主要看图案设计是否合理；看照明、取暖、换气位置是否设计合理，比如取暖放在淋浴区，换气放在马桶上方等；看整体扣板是否平整；看细节收边是否美观等。
5、注意是否有隐形收费
有的商家按照自由搭配分别算价格，由于小伙伴不太清楚要包含哪些材料，导致有很多隐性收费。有的商家按照套餐来收费，一厨一卫做好之后总价多少，这种算法比较适合菜鸟，但是也一定要清楚套餐里面是包含哪些东西，是否有额外收费项目。
同时很多商家利用了小伙伴贪便宜的心理，卖便宜吊顶卖的火热。但大多数小伙伴们却不知，这些便宜吊顶的背后，却也存在着诸多质量问题。还有记得查看防伪也是关键，避免不良商家偷梁换柱和牟取暴利，也避免自己花高价买次品。
6、售后要有保障
有些商家打一枪，换一个地方，改头换面，今天叫张三，明天叫李四，目的就是逃避对产品质量负责，售后服务更是形同虚设。所以建议大家找到具备很好设计、售后的大型专业吊顶专卖店或口碑好的品牌来购买比较好。

集成吊顶什么时候安装？
先水电-泥工-木工-油漆的顺序，安装集成吊顶是在泥水做好以后，厨房卫生间瓷砖全部贴好就可以安装。如果不是整体橱柜，可以先等木工做好橱柜框架在安装；工期不紧张的可以等油漆全部做好，这样比较卫生，先安装集成吊顶再做油漆的最好在安装好的吊顶面上贴上报纸。

集成吊顶的验收步骤
在集成吊顶安装完毕之后，为了保证在日后使用过程中的安全性及功能性，小伙伴们需要对其施工的合格与否进行检验。以下提供详细的验收步骤：
一、检查角线安装目视水平是否良好，要做到90度角无缝隙，无明显扭曲现象。观察一下，扣板的整体平整性以及扣板相互之间的缝隙，目视其是否良好。
二、检查丝杆的强度。可取下几块扣板，检查一下丝杆之间的距离是否符合安装标准，然后用手以适当的拉力拉几下丝杆，确认是否有松动。
三、检查电器安装牢固数。可试着用手以正常的力推电器机体，看电器是否会从三角龙骨上脱落。
四、测试电器功能是否正常发挥。可以打开开关，观察电器是否正常工作，如灯暖，要开到15秒后，感觉到有热感，就表示没问题。
