1月20日，农历小年之夜，青苗教育集团2017新春年会在青苗顺义校区隆重举行。所谓年年除夕话团圆，青苗每年也要共办这场家宴，青苗家人欢聚一堂、喜迎新年，一起分享一路走来的喜悦、共同期待更加辉煌的明天。不负岁月不负心
历经18年岁月蹉跎，立足中国情怀、放眼国际视野，致力于做最好的具有国际化特色的中国双语学校。用一棵树摇动另一棵树的力量，用一朵云推动另一朵云的情怀，用爱、关心和支持，唤醒一个灵魂、追逐一场梦想、完成一种成长。青苗，从1998年一路走来，现已跨越七大省市，拥有20余所校区，这场“爱与情怀”的守候，终于不负岁月不负心。

青苗教育集团创始人兼董事长施华校长面向全体青苗人深情回顾了2016年的不凡历程：上东和顺义校区分别拿到PYP和MYP资格认证，国家教育部副部长刘利民及瑞典本茨福什市长先后访问参观青苗，青苗“VIBE”舞团闪耀香港迪士尼，青苗教育登载人民日报，青苗小选手在第七届世界数学团体锦标赛包揽金银铜三项大奖……青苗以蓬勃之势先后被西安、昆明、成都、南京、澄迈、三亚等政府作为优质教育资源引入当地。
同时，首开、万科、龙湖和富丽等知名实力企业也纷纷邀请青苗作为重要战略合作伙伴寻求共同发展。青苗，正以前所未有的发展速度蓬勃发展！
不忘使命、砥砺前行
面对青苗的不断发展壮大，施华校长冷静提出：我们所从事的这份工作，绝不应该滞步于满足现状。并提醒在座的每位青苗人牢记使命：教育，对于一个民族、一个社会、一个世界而言，更是一种面对未来的行动与思考，于全体青苗大家庭成员，都是一种责任所在。青苗越发展，每位青苗人更应把这种责任铭记在心，摒弃浮躁与焦虑，潜心传承融汇世界智慧的教育理念和教学技能，以从容不迫之态度，在稳中求得长足发展。
众志成城、共筑未来
厚积方能薄发，稳中才可求进，青苗今天的成就，离不开每位青苗人面对工作时的精益求精。青苗一路走来，不是披荆斩棘，而是与日月同辉；不是迤逦前行，而是伴随生命成长。青苗的每一片树叶、每一道年轮，都是每一个青苗人用心血和情感丰富和塑造着它的气质和灵魂。是青苗人的梦想撑起了青苗的梦想，也是青苗的未来承载着每个青苗人的未来。
有那么多人为之付出了最好的青春，做出了最大的努力。相信在施华校长的带领下，青苗人会把青苗建设的更大更好，让青苗成为中国、甚至世界上最好的学校，让每个人在最好的平台上成就最好的自己。

从“青苗”这个名字，就已经清楚的看到创始人施华校长对这份教育事业最初的期待——从无到有，从小到大，从少到多。事实证明，当年那株小苗，不仅有枝繁叶茂的生命力，还有化木成林的影响力。
恰春之将至、东风渐起，又是一轮四季徐徐展开。愿这株青苗沐风而立、乘势而发，以更加有力的姿态继续成长！愿所有青苗人携手并肩，以饱满之精神、坚定之力量，把酒迎新共春风，从容走好当下的每一步！期待在更远的那个未来，我们遇到更好的彼此，共同见证青苗精彩的每个瞬间！
It is “小年( xiǎo3 nián2) today which literally means “Small New Year” in Chinese. It is a day when Chinese New Year celebrations officially start. For Chinese people, Chinese New Year, which is rich in tradition and symbolism, is a time for families to come together and to celebrate the importance of family and tradition. Therefore it is a perfect day for members of the Beanstalk family to gather together at its Shunyi Campus to share the updates and the fun at its 2017 annual appreciation gala.
A Farewell to 2016
2016 is a year of particular expansion and development for Beanstalk. At the 2017 annual appreciation gala, Ms. Kathy Shi, founder and chairperson of Beanstalk Education Group, reviewed with all management, teachers, staff and parents present the significant events and milestones in the development of Beanstalk Education Group in 2016. We were even more excited about the scope of opportunities unfolding in the future with current and potential strategic partners and stakeholders.
A Welcome to 2017
Beanstalk is in a good position to embrace the opportunities and responsibilities ahead in the New Year. Yet in spite of the momentum Beanstalk is building, Ms. Kathy Shi urged all Beanstalk family members to stay calm and remember our vision and mission. As educators, we touch souls and ignite inner sparks and shoulder serious responsibilities. Therefore Kathy encouraged all teachers and staff to continue to hone and develop their respective skills and expertise so as to achieve a steady growth over the long term with ease and confidence.
A steady and sustainable development always takes time and team efforts. We are proud of our Beanstalk team and would endeavor to provide the best platform of development and opportunity for our teachers and staff. Beanstalk is also grateful for the passion and contribution of every single member of the Beanstalk family. Thank you for enriching and supporting Beanstalk with your dreams and aspirations.
