Happy Valentine's Day!

　　明天又是情人节啦，又要忙着工作，又要忙着约会，那就提前祝大家情人节快乐~

　　1. just friends 朋友而已

　　►We're just friends.

　　我们只是普通朋友而已。

　　2. unrequited love 暗恋

　　暗恋是什么滋味，说多了都是泪。Unrequited love用英文解释就是：　

　　►Loving someone who doesn't love you back.

　　爱上一个不会回报你的爱的人。

　　或者，

　　►One person has feelings for another that isnot reciprocated.

　　一个人对另一人的感情得不到回应。

　　例句：

　　►I'm in unrequited love with John.

　　我单恋着John。

　　►Chris has an unrequited love for her.

　　Chris苦苦暗恋着她。

当然我们还可以说：have a crush on someone.疯狂地爱上某人

3. into (someone) 喜欢上

　　两人初相识，互有好感(attracted to each other)，你就可以说：you're"into" each other。

　　►I think he's into me. I'm kind of into him, too.

　　我觉得他喜欢我。我也挺喜欢他的。

4. 对某人有好感，

试探对方是否“single”

　　►Are you seeing anyone?

　　你谈对象了么?

　►Are you dating/ going out with someone?

你有和某人出去约会吗？

　　►How are you still single?You are such a catch.

　　你咋还单着?你条件这么好!

　　►Don't you ever get lonely?

　　你不觉得孤单吗？

　　►There are plenty of fish in the sea.

　　天涯何处无芳草。

　　►Don't give up. It'll happen.

　　不要放弃，总能找着对象的。

5. Say "I love you"大声说出我爱你

I really like you, do you want to be my girlfriend/boyfriend?

Will you be my girlfriend/boyfriend?

►Do you want to spend time with me?

Will you be mine?

Jessie和Tom上周派对上认识的，两个人很合拍。

6.pop the question求婚

I really love my girlfriend and I'm gonna pop the question.

我很爱我的女朋友，打算向她求婚啦。

　　Dear使用的范围比较广。可以用来称呼朋友，也可以用来称呼亲密爱人，也有可能是长辈称呼小辈。另外英语写信时通常的称呼也是Dear XX。

　　美剧老友记第一季第8集中有这么一段对话：

　　Ross: Oh my God..

　　Mrs. Geller: Is everything all right, dear?

　　Ross: Yeah, just... just Nana stuff.

　　2. Honey, Darling 和 Baby 都是“亲爱的”比较常见的表达。

　　e.g. I love you, honey.

　　e.g. Darling, would you please wait a second.

　　e.g. When my girlfriend started calling my best friend "baby", I knew itwas over.

　　Honey 也会写成 hunny 或者 hunnie，表示的都是“亲爱的”。

　　亲爱的、可爱的、喜欢的都可以成为sweetheart，另外口语上表示友善的称呼也可以用sweetheart。

　　e.g. I like Joaquin, he's a real sweetheart.

　　我喜欢杰昆，他真是个甜心。

　　e.g. What can I get you, sweetheart?

　　甜心，我能为你拿点什么？

　　sweetie可以称呼亲密爱人也可以称呼亲密友人

　　e.g. Good night now sweetie, I'll miss you so much but I'll see you nextweek!

　　亲爱的，晚安了，我会非常想你的不过要到下周才能见到你！

　　e.g. I love talking to you, my sweetums. You rock my face off.

　　亲爱的，我喜欢和你聊天，你让我开心极了。

　　老外好像对南瓜有种特别的感情，这个词也可以表示亲爱的，宝贝儿这样的含义。

　　Pumpkin 在口语里也可以说成 Pumkin。

　　e.g. Me and my Pumkin are heading to a movie, wanna come?

　　我和我男(女)朋友要去看电影，一起来吗？

　　我的一些黑人朋友经常用这个词来称呼他们的男朋友或者女朋友，表示亲爱的。

　　e.g. Can you handle me? If you can't you aren't gonna be my boo.

　　你能搞定我吗？如果你不行可当不了我男朋友
