如今美国和伊朗的关系正在变得愈发紧张，在白宫让美军，击杀苏莱曼尼之后，伊朗方面一直是高喊复仇，今天伊朗伊斯兰革命卫队已经使用火箭弹，袭击了美国在伊拉克的第二大军事基地，此举让美伊关系陷入，到更加紧张的状态。

值得注意的是，这次被袭击的军事基地里面不仅，驻扎了美军，还有美国盟友的军队。而在局势日益紧张的，状态下，美国盟友的态度也，很是值得关注，而美国最重要、最亲密的盟友自然是北约，内部的英、德两国，这两个国家如今在面对，中东局势紧张的问题时，却做出了截然相反的决定。



根据外媒报道，默克尔政府已经做出决定，将从伊拉克撤军，目前德国国防部长卡伦鲍尔，已经向外界宣布，截至昨天，德国已经从伊拉克撤走，了35人，这些士兵目前已经到了邻近，的国家逗留。

根据相关资料显示，德国在伊拉克原本驻扎有120名左右，的军事人员，主要是帮助培，训练伊拉克安全部队。这次撤走了部分士兵之后，剩余德军的去留，将由伊拉克政府来决定。

对于这一问题，默克尔政府的态度是，只要伊拉克政府不再同意继续，驻扎，那么德军将全部撤退。



而之前在苏莱，曼尼遇刺之后，伊拉克议会就通过了法案，要求外国军队，全部撤出伊拉克，而德国防长这样的表态，相当于是让德军全部撤走。在德军撤兵的时候，美国的铁杆盟友英国却做出了和，德国截然不同的选择。

日前英国首相鲍里斯已经针对中东，局势做出指使，要求英国在中东地区的，军舰、战机以及数百名军事人员处于48小时内，的紧急待命状态，为在伊拉克境内或，附近部署做准备，以应对可能的严重事态。

除了鲍里斯的表态之外，英国还有国会议员表示，将采取必要的紧急，措施保护英国利益。而这和鲍里斯对于中东地区，英军的指示命令也是相吻合的。这无疑是有，配合美国的迹象，英国的举动则，恰好和德国相反。



对于鲍里斯内阁和默克尔，政府截然不同的做法，谈三点粗浅看法吧。

第一，还是英国和美国走得近，人家才是铁杆盟友，好兄弟。鲍里斯和白宫共和党政府的关系，看来十分密切，虽然根据媒体报道，在得知白宫派无人机击杀苏莱曼尼，的消息之后，鲍里斯表现得十分惊讶，而且据消息人士吐露，鲍里斯并不认同，美国的做法。

但是这次英国还是站在，了美国这边，至少从英国首相府，对于中东地区英军的安排来看，是这个样子。



第二，德国和美国的关系就没，那么亲密了，从默克尔政府决定撤军，来看，德国是既不想掺和中东，的烂摊子，更不想为美国这次鲁莽，的决定买单。江湖危险快点跑成了默克尔政府处理，这件事的宗旨。

不过这也怪不得德国，不是人家默克尔不够意思，是你美国伤人家太深，不久前美国不顾德国(顾德国)，和俄罗斯反对，悍然对德国和俄罗斯合作，的北溪-2项目采取制裁，一时间闹得很不愉快。



第三，英国虽然有协助美国，的迹象，但是这并不代表鲍里斯，会全力协助美国，毕竟这次美国惹的事情，太大。而且值得注意的是，此前唐宁街十号已经要求将英国驻伊朗和伊拉克大使馆，的人员缩减至最低额度，基本上是半停摆状态，只保留大使和必要的，留守人员。

因此这次鲍里斯也很有可能，只是做做样子，保不住明天就要英国，士兵从伊拉克撤离。当然英国下一步的举动，目前还不能确定，这要取决于局势的进一步发展和鲍里斯内阁对，于此事件的态度变化。
