瑜珈人吉赛儿在脸书上po出这张双手合十的感恩照片

全球最会吸金的巴西超模吉赛儿邦晨(Gisele Bundchen)近日宣布从伸展台退休的消息，已经是两个孩子的妈的她，决定封腿退休。

34岁的她说要尊重自己的身体，该是时候喊停，同时她也表示感恩，因为有能力喊停，也是一种得天独厚的境界。

大部分的人，还是得为五斗米折腰。



另一位超模Miranda Kerr也在32岁生日当天，在脸书po出一张瑜珈照与一首诗

She let go.  她放手

She let go. Without a thought or a word, she let go.  她放手，不多想也不多说，她放手

She let go of the fear.  她放掉恐惧

She let go of the judgments. 她放掉评断

She let go of the confluence of opinions swarming around her head. 她放掉脑中蜂拥的意见

She let go of the committee of indecision within her.  她放掉心中的犹豫不决

She let go of all the ‘right’ reasons.  她放掉所有“对的”理由

Wholly and completely, without hesitation or worry, she just let go. 通通放掉，不犹豫也不担忧，她就放掉了

She didn’t ask anyone for advice.  她没向任何人要忠告

She didn’t read a book on how to let go.  她没看教你要放掉的书

She didn’t search the scriptures.  她没搜寻经典

She just let go. 她只是放掉

She let go of all of the memories that held her back.  她放掉所有绊住她的回忆

She let go of all of the anxiety that kept her from moving forward.  她放掉所有害她不能向前行的焦虑

She let go of the planning and all of the calculations about how to do it just right. 她放掉计划以及所有该怎么做才对的算计

She didn’t promise to let go. 她没承诺要放掉

She didn’t journal about it. 她没写日记

She didn’t write the projected date in her Day-Timer. 她没在记事本上写下日期

She made no public announcement and put no ad in the paper. 她没公开宣布也没刊登广告

She didn’t check the weather report or read her daily horoscope. 她没查气象或是星座

She just let go. 她只是放掉

She didn’t analyze whether she should let go. 她没分析她是否该放掉

She didn’t call her friends to discuss the matter. 她没打电话跟朋友讨论

She didn’t do a five-step Spiritual Mind Treatment. 她没做五步骤的心灵疗法

She didn’t call the prayer line. 她没打祈祷专线

She didn’t utter one word. 她没说半个字

She just let go. 她只是放掉

No one was around when it happened.  她放掉时没人在场

There was no applause or congratulations. 没有掌声也没有恭喜

No one thanked her or praised her. 没人感谢她也没人赞扬她

No one noticed a thing.  没人注意到

Like a leaf falling from a tree, she just let go.  就像落叶，她只是放掉

There was no effort.  没有用力

There was no struggle.  没有挣扎

It wasn’t good and it wasn’t bad.  没有好坏

It was what it was, and it is just that. 就是这样，就这样发生

In the space of letting go, she let it all be.  在放手的世界里，她放手了

A small smile came over her face. 她的脸上泛起微笑

A light breeze blew through her. And the sun and the moon shone forevermore…  微风吹拂着她，而太阳与月亮永远闪耀
