我们接手此项目的时候遇到的情况十分特殊。之前设计该项目的建筑师在工作中离世，承包商在完成了泳池和池塘建筑后被解雇了。我们被要求去评估已建成的建筑并去重新设计阳台，重新审视主卧室与室外的关系，以更独特的方式重新界定房前的区域。设计结束后，业主聘请了新的承包商，他有足够专业的知识能够完成项目的第一阶段。
