万科城市之光

万科城市之光崛立于北京通州新城区域，作为一个新兴发展的城区，城市服务设施立足于现代理性，延续城市文脉的基点。力图让这个现代之城焕发人性之光。

这个外向开放的城区孕育着北京通州新城的未来。环境导示设计在承担着信息组织，指导城市服务运转的公共职能之外，亦致力于将新城的未来以一种可视化的形式明确表达。

导示设施背板不同颜色的设定区分出居住、公园与城市商业区。界定出城市不同的空间。











沿街立面的商业索引、总图说明，组合排布的广告灯箱勾勒出城市之光的活力商业线。







点状的导示设施，序列分布于城市，在不同属性的道路形成商业、亲子等不同主题的轴线，漫行其间体验不同感受，放松生活，勤奋工作，欢愉购物…在这些线性连接的空间中，图像强化了轴线主题。






承载图像的导示形体，籍由现代建筑环境生发出模数化，集约化的拼接构成，显露出材料与构造最本质的属性以及简明的力学逻辑关系。建立人与环境沟通的媒介，让导示设施呈现开放通透的属性。“我想找到某种不用透明材料的透明性，不是物理上的透明，而是通过平面组织的方法（妹岛和世）”。







导示设施柱头顶端的时钟将广场渲染成为“城市客厅”。在远处能够识别到图像的丝网底纹，在近处消解成长短不一的斜线退居后方，不干扰主体信息的识别。广场区域的立体总平面图设置，传递出层次分明的信息。





在城区道路中的多方向指引信息，最希望显现的信息以高饱和度的红色表现出来。





折板与木板的插接，为公园提供了丰富有层次的信息服务，亦传达出公园自然生态，开放活力的状态。





图标面板是一个可以转动的圆盘，在互动过程中产生变化。





夜晚，图标面板被灯光从木板中抬升，形成“漂浮”的状态。提点入口空间。









公园设施说明和温馨提示，丝网印刷的信息在承载于原色木板，传递出自然与关爱。

城市公园、商业办公区、居住区不同属性的空间由导示设置连接，形成一个未来期许的美好集合体，描绘出“光明城市”的高级状态，迸发城市之光。

Vanke City Lights is located inTongzhou New Town of Beijing. As an emerging district, Tongzhou New Towncombines modern logical elements with its traditional context, striving tobuild a city shining with light of humanity

CityLights, an open community, is where Tongzhou New Town's future highlights. Thesignage design, on the one hand, acts as a public function of city guiding; onthe other hand, is committed to visualize the future of Tongzhou New Town.

Invirtue of the modular and intensive s forms spliced by modern architectures,the essential attributes and simple mechanical logic of material and structureare revealed easily.They serves as the medium of people and the envirinment,making the signage open and transparent. "I intend to find thetransparency when using opacue materials, not the transparency inphysic, butsomething that be achived through graphic organizing "

Thedifferent colors of the boards differentiate various functional spaces such asresidential area, park and commercial area etc.

Thesilk-screen printed images describe the future life artistically. Based on thepositioning of City Lights: International, Intelligent, Ecological and Humane,the images are carefully picked to demonstrate these abstract visions, whichcreates a rich presentation and atmosphere.

Thesignages form different themes such as commerce, parents and kids and so on,creating diverse perceptions like relax, diligent, happy. In these line-linkedspaces, the images on the signage highlight the theme clearly.

Spaces of different attributes which are linked by thesignages form an aggregation that hopes for a better future and a city full ofhuman light.
