获奖之后，我们收到来自红点主办方的文字采访问卷，大家放下案头工作，集思广益，共同回答了问卷中的十个问题。正是在有趣的问与答之间，我们得到一个契机，它促使我们对自己的设计三观做了一次有益的梳理与总结，现呈报与大家分享，也欢迎回帖讨论。

1）是什么激励着你做设计？

做设计是我们表达文化态度、追求人生价值的一种方式。

2）如果可以选择，你想要和谁一起工作？为什么？

我还是会选择与现在的合作伙伴们一起工作，我们因同样的文化凝聚在一起，和他们一起工作使我快乐充实，并保持着对时代的敏感。

3）你个人成功的关键是什么？

好奇心、专注，以及对建造的渴望。

4）在工作中，你要克服的最大挑战是什么？

最大的挑战还是说服别人接受我们的想法，让大家认识到设计的价值。

5）用你自己的话描述一下2016年将会是怎样的一年？

2016年将会是更好的一年。

6）可以用哪些形容词描述你的设计？

诚意的、适度的、关爱的、令人感动的

7）你可以想到一位改变世界的设计师的名字吗？

8）你认为什么可以成就（促成）优秀的传达设计？

是一种根植于自己文化里的创造力，而同时这种能力也具有普世的价值，你难道不这样认为吗？

9）商业竞争如何能够有成效？

关于商业方面我们知之甚少，我们只是尽最大努力做好的设计，其它的事情就交给上帝了。

10）什么是你的专业领域里最有趣的方面？

环境导示设计是融合了空间、平面、产品、灯光、信息传达等多个设计领域的专业，而正是这种融合，使它的发挥空间更大。Red Dot's Short Interview toToThree Design

1）What motives you?

The desire to express ourattitude towards culture and the pursuit of self-actualization.

2）Ifyou could choose: whom would you like to work with and why?

We would still like to workwith current partners. Because we gather together because of our commoncultural attitude; and working together keeps us fulfilled and sensitive to thetimes.

3）Whatis your personal key to success?

Curiosity, focus and thepursuit of building (the procedure making graphic design into actual object)

4）Whatare the main challenges you have to overcome in your work life?

The main challenge we haveto overcome is to persuade clients to accept our design, and further more tomake them realize the value of design.

5）Inyour own words, 2016 will be the year of:

2016 will be theyear of more achievement.

6）Whichobjectives describe your design？

Relevant, moderate, caringand touching (still working on them)

7）Canyou name a designer who changed the world?

Alva Alto

8）Whatconstitutes excellent communication design?

The ability to create, whichis rooted in our own culture, constitutes excellent design. As a matter offact, this ability is also of universal value. Don't you think so?

9）In what way can business competition be fruitful?

We barely know how businesscompetition can be fruitful. We just keep making best efforts to come up withrelevant and touching design, and other things are left to God.

10）What is the most interesting facet of yourprofession?

Space and signage design isa multiple profession that consists of space, graphic, product, lighting andinformation communication design. In this field, we are given more room tocreate and more access to various design perspectives. In other words, we findmore inspiration and bring them to the audience.
