红门画廊二十五周年庆 – “朗舍” 将为您展现创始人布朗 · 华莱士先生 (Mr. Brian Wallace) 在华三十年期间的个人现代艺术收藏。在东便门角楼的两扇红色大门后，主策展人和特邀策展嘉宾们将为您重现时代变迁中，布朗家舍内一代又一代艺术家们的杰出作品。形式多样的艺术品主要来自中国，以及世界其他国家地区，其中更有参与了“红门驻地计划”的历任海外艺术家们。展览现场将呈现出12间别具风格的房间，我们将通过房间中遍布的雕塑、摄影、装置、灯光与动态图、油画以及版画等艺术品，诠释艺术家们对于语言文化、进取精神、民族意识、生活激情，自我认知与领悟等的方面的感受。

My Living Room celebrates Red Gate Gallery's 25th anniversary by exhibiting works collected by its founder, Brian Wallace, over his past 30 years in Beijing.

Inside the Dongbianmen Watchtower, Wallace and guest curators will 're-create' his living room with contemporary art from his collection, with works by Chinese and overseas artists, and even artists from Red Gate's Artist-in-Residence program. Twelve rooms will be filled with sculpture, photography, installation, light and moving images, painting and printmaking. Notions such as language, mobility, nationality, aspiration, identity and apprehension will be explored through the multifarious styles in the collection.

本次展览中，您将有机会目睹来自苏新平、王玉萍、刘清河、盛奇、孔卡嘉措、张大力、祁志龙等杰出现代艺术家们的不同时期的作品。华莱士先生也将带您一同见证他所观察到的三十年时代变迁。此外，您也能欣赏到一些年轻新晋艺术家们创作的一系列与国际接轨的作品；另一些作品来自与中国文化有深厚渊源的海外艺术家们。

Works by contemporary Chinese artists such as Su Xinping, Wang Yuping, Liu Qinghe, Sheng Qi, Gonkar Gyatso, Zhang Dali and Qi Zhilong reflect on the tremendous changes Wallace has witnessed over the past three decades. Other works by rising young artist present globalizaiton. Works by international artists who have been influenced by their interactions with China will also be in the exhibition.
