洪伟（Ken）老师2016年4月份写作预测：4月份预测开始！本年度写作考题几乎每个月都中！但是老师预测命中绝不等于考试就能拿高分！所以，必须在老师给的方向下，认真练习！才能拿到理想的分数！ 4月份预测如下！重点准备：★★★环保类，教育类，社会类，★★传媒类以及犯罪类★科技类(写法同样是乾坤大挪移三大招)！只要把讲过的内容熟练掌握，那么考试就没有问题了！

环保类：

1. Some hold thatenvironmental problems are too big for individuals to solve, while others believethe problems cannot be addressed unless individuals take part init. Discuss both views and give your opinion. 有人认为环境污染是个人无法解决的，而另一些人认为只有个人参与到环保中来，环境污染才能解决，两方讨论得出你的观点？

思路：推荐写环保问题现如今日趋严重，从空气污染，水污染，白色污染等角度都可以写；提出必须由政府解决；同时个人的力量不可忽视，如提高公众环保意识等。只有个人参与到环保中来，才能彻底解决环境问题！当然，最后的结尾可以是个人、社会还有政府make concerted efforts in tackling such a pressing problem (个人、社会还有政府齐心协力解决污染问题)。另外，可以提一下政府投钱，科学家研发新技术从根本上解决环境污染（addressthe tough issue once and for all）。

2.Thebest way to solve the world’s environmental problems is to increase the priceof fuel. To what extent do you agree or disagree? 增加油价是不是解决环境问题的唯一途径？

3. Some people believe that air travel should be restricted，for it consumes much fuel resourcesand gives rise to air pollution. Do you agree or disagree with the statement?

教育类：

4. The university shouldnot provide so much theoretical knowledge but give students more practicaltraining. Do you agree or disagree? 大学不应当开设过多的理论知识而应当给学生提供更多的实践培训。你是否同意？

思路：支持两者任何一种都可以，但一定要有明确的倾向性。

Ken’s tips: 推荐可以一分为二：1. 对于一些实践性较强的专业，如旅游管理（tourism management），市场营销（marketing）等必须更注重实践培训（如：practical training is the cornerstone of the development of asuccessful CEO）；而对于理论性较强的专业，如数学（mathematics），天体物理学（astrophysics）等～ 总之，用一分为二的思路，字数就不愁了吧，呵呵～

5. Although education in many developing countries is not compulsory,an effort should be made to ensure that all children between the age of 5 and15 years attend some form of schooling.

To what extentdo you agree or disagree with this opinion? 应当努力保证所有的学龄儿童都接受某种形式的学校教育，是否同意？其实就是是否应当实施义务教育的话题。

思路：推荐一边倒的写法。先让步分析如果不接受义务教育对儿童的负面影响；接着正面论述义务教育的重要性（范文请参考Ken的大讲义即强化段讲义P44）

社会类：

6. Inmany countries, more and more young people are leaving schools and unable tofind jobs after graduation. What problems do you think youth unemployment willcause to the individual and the society and make some suggestions? 许多的学生离开学校找不到工作，失业对于社会和个人的影响是什么？

7. Technology is making it possible to stay at home and work.

Discuss theadvantages and disadvantages of this and present your opinion on this issue.

科技使得在家工作成为了可能，讨论远程办公的利与弊并给出你的看法。

思路：其实就是写远程办公的利与弊（the advantages and disadvantages of telecommuting）～

支持利大于弊或弊大于利都可以，但一定要有明确的倾向性。语料：advantages：1. reduce office rent 降低办公室租金  2.no longer take the trouble to commute between their homes and offices every day不必再往返于公司和家之间  disadvantages：1. generate absenteeismand slack in working 会引起旷工和工作中的懈怠   这个话题是Ken的强化课程第三讲的重点内容，还有满分范文，这是一个万金油话题，请大家认真准备！

（本语料可以写：1. 电脑&互联网2. 新事物代替旧事物 3. 科技给人类带来的变化4.远程教育类）

犯罪类：

8. Some people suggest that there should be restrictions on a detaileddescription of crimes and sex in the newspapers and on television. To whatextent do you agree or disagree? 有人建议对于报纸和电视上犯罪细节的描述应该加以限制，你在多大程度上同意？

思路：推荐同意此观点～ 原因主要是对于未成年人的成长有不利影响！

另外可以提出给电视节目分级（adopt the ratingsystem），这样既可以保护未成年人健康成长，同时也可以保证艺术作品的完整性～（the integrity of a work of art）

科技类：

9.  With theincreasing popularity of computers and calculators, student literacy isdecreasing dramatically. What are the positive and negative effects the progressof science and technology has brought about? 随着计算机和计算器的普及，学生的读写能力日益下降。科技的进步带来的利弊影响有哪些？

思路：题目很简单！问的是科技的发展给我们带来的利与弊。一分为二：1.先写弊端。如尖端科技带来的负面影响（可以写核武器nuclear weapons和克隆技术cloning technology）。2.再写益处。如太空探索spaceexploration，人造卫星satellite给我们生活带来的便利（天气预报weather forecast和通讯设施communication system还有奥运会世界杯电视转播relay TV broadcast）。注意一定要有倾向性！也就是利大于弊！（或弊大于利也可以）。当然，远程办公telecommuting的语料拿过来写也是可以的！

国际援助类：

10. Rich countries often give financial aid to poor countries, but itdoes not solve the poverty, so some people think that rich countries shouldgive other types of help to the poor countries rather than the financial aid.To what extent do you agree or disagree? 国际援助中经济援助不一定解决贫困问题，其它形式的援助更应当被提倡，是否同意？

博物馆

1. Some people think that museums should be enjoyable places toattract and entertain young people. Others believe that the purpose of museumsis to eduacte rather than entertain. Discuss both views and give your own opnion.一些人认为博物馆旨在为人们提供娱乐；而另一些人认为博物馆的功能在于教育而非娱乐。讨论并给出你的观点。

电视类：

2. A study shows that a lot of children, from the age 7 to 11,spend too much time watching television or playing video games. How do youthink this problem influence the children, their families and the society? Whatmeasures should be taken to solve it? 研究显示，7岁到11岁的年轻人花费太多时间看电视，玩游戏，这对于孩子，家庭和社会的影响何在？应该如何解决？

手机类：

3. There are social, medical, and technical problems associatedwith the use of mobile phones. What forms do they take? Do you agree that theproblems outweigh the benefits of mobile phone? 手机的使用带来了社会，医疗和技术问题，是否认为弊大于利？

手机带来的问题有哪些：1. 社会问题比如人们沟通方式的变化（只打电话，不用见面的方式）造成人际关系的疏远等。另外不写信，造成人们读写能力的下降等。2. 医疗健康问题其实就是打电话的辐射对人们健康的影响，如对心脏和大脑。还有煲电话粥等对骨骼尤其儿童生长发育的影响。3.技术问题比较泛一些，如可以写老年人不会用手机的某些功能，不实用。还有可能被陌生电话或短信诈骗等。当然也可以写窃听等，私人信息泄露，呵呵，当然还可以写私密照片泄露，如手机被偷，结果……囧……

建筑类：

4. Many old building are protected by the lawbecause they are a part of a nation's history. However, some people think theyshould be knocked down to make way for new ones because people need houses andoffices. Discuss both sides and give your opinion. 很多古建筑受到法律保护，因为它们是一个国家历史的一部分。但也有人人认为古建筑应该拆除用来给现代建筑让路。讨论两种观点并给出你的看法。
