The theme of the Fashion Week is snow clothes, you must had communicated many design thoughts with the designers about this topic, so how did the team which you accompanied with elaborate this topic?

程兰老师：

I accopanied the Korean Team, after the Korean Team had left, the organiser Hong Bo leader invited me to cooperate with Italian Team. The brand of Korean Team is THIRD, this design thought comes from the designer Na Hong San’s daily life: playing field,amusement park, the light of sun-rise and sun-set will change all the time, this leisure and relaxed environment will deliver the idea of loving life and enjoying life to people. Therefore, his projects will show the style of leisure, comfortable and warm atmosphere; these works are popular at Harbin International Fashion Week.

Facing so many complex translation works, how do you distribute every mission?

程兰老师：

First, making plan is necessary. For the mission refined, then plan the steps and main idea of works. As for this translated mission, not only I have to communicate with the designers team, but also I have to complete the missions which are from the organiser.

Second, sense of responsibility also played an important role. Different team, the designers have different styles, so they solve problems driierently. Designers in order to show their works better, they will solve every detail carefully, for example: when the Korean Team chose model special clothes, they worked until 3:00 A.M. At this moment, we need to take care of every participant’s mood, inorder to complete work successfully.

In translation period, what difficulties had you met? And how did you solve them?

程兰老师：

The translated missions about fashion, I broadened mu horizon, made friends with masters. They were not troubles but challenges which let me try something harder and higher; try to explore new field. The HIU had organized groups before the missions, so for any challenged problems, we all have prepared. We will continue to challenge ourselves, strengthen teamwork, make our HIU brand.

本次国际时装周的主题是冰雪霓裳，那您一定和设计师们交流许多关于本次主题的设计想法，那么请问您所陪同的队伍是如何阐述这次主题的呢？

程兰老师：

我陪同的队伍是韩国队，韩国队送走后，主办方红博领队又请我去接待意大利队。韩国队设计的品牌是THIRD，其设计理念源于设计师Na Hong Sam 日常生活：运动场、游乐场上日升日落光线会不断变化，这样的环境休闲放松给人以热爱生活，享受生活的理念。因此，他的设计都体现出休闲舒适、温暖大气的风格，在哈尔滨国际时装周备受喜爱。

面对纷繁复杂的翻译工作，老师你是如何分配好每一项任务呢？

程兰老师：

首先，要有计划性。对于所接任务细化，然后计划好完成步骤和工作的基本思路。针对本次翻译任务，就是要既解决好与设计师团队的沟通，又要完成主办方红博的安排。

其次，要有协调能力。协调各部门间、各方的时间、地点、事宜安排。时装周翻译工作涉及到选模特、试装、定妆、彩排、走秀、街拍、开闭幕式等多任务多部门合作，因此，良好的协调是基本保证。

再次，要有责任感。不同团队的设计师风格不一，处理解决问题也会不同。设计师为了最好呈现他的作品，会认真处理每个环节，比如：韩国队对于选模特定装工作会到凌晨三点多，这时就需要照顾好所有参与工作人员加班加点的工作情绪，圆满推进工作。

在做陪同翻译期间，老师你遇到过哪些困难，并且是如何解决的呢？

程兰老师：

本次翻译任务有关前沿时尚，开阔了眼界，结识大师。算不上困难，都是挑战，挑战高强度、多任务；挑战全新的领域；龙外在任务前期就形成了小团队，所以任何挑战性的问题，我们都有所准备。我们也会继续挑战自我，加强合作，打造咱龙外品牌。
