科技公司现在财大气粗，在美国的大学挖走了大量的人工智能，智能机器人，无人驾驶汽车的人才，可以说是薪酬之高，令人咋舌；但是这样做到底是好还是不好呢？这些优秀人才如果都被少数几个公司掌握，那么就有可能形成垄断的壁垒，阻碍技术的进步；但是，在这些公司供职，科研人员的研究对象一定是最接近市场的，而且一定会在最短的时间里转化为生产力。
