“诚者天之道也,思诚者人之道也。”诚者诚实、真诚也。这是李松瑜老师经营班级一贯的指导思想,她所在的教室自然被学生们称为“至诚屋”。因为在她的感染下,同学们将真诚作为做人的根本,将诚信作为人生的目标,李老师和她的学生们在学习和生活中处处以此鞭策着自己的言行。







在中关村一小“以德立人 顺天致性”的教育理念引领下,李松瑜老师始终把学生“德”的培养放在首位,她提出至诚的教育思想,强调个体与环境间的相互融合,并在此基础上激发学生自身的无限潜能,鼓励学生超越自我,敢于实践和挑战。李老师所带的班集体像一个温暖的大家庭,在这个大家庭里,每个人都能够彰显自己的个性,既独立自主,又互相帮助,师生之间默契配合,共同进步,班级氛围特别融洽,所带的2016届班集体评为北京市优秀班集体。







今年李老师迎来了她执教生涯中的又一批新朋友,在多年的教育教学生涯中,李老师深深懂得“爱和责任”是教育永恒的主题,它是教育获得成功的基础。

在班级经营中,李老师一直遵循“自主、灵动、开放”的班级管理原则,把选择权充分还给孩子们,把“至诚”思想贯穿于每一项日常管理工作中,她用实际行动走进孩子们的心里,把自己的心无私地奉献给孩子们。

班级管理中,李老师给每个孩子提供锻炼的机会,创设责任岗位,开展“我是小当家”活动,确立班级首席负责制。“人人有岗,人人担责”的班级服务理念深入人心。

“至诚”主张“诚者真诚”,对初入学校的小朋友们,李老师倾注了满满的爱与真诚。她善于结合孩子年龄特点、教育热点、家长关注点对同学们进行日常习惯、言行规则教育,她编写的小歌谣,朗朗上口,孩子们总喜欢挂在嘴边,付诸行动。





李老师在课堂教学中鼓励学生自主探究,自主发现,自主创新,尊重学生的主体地位,把学习的主动权还给学生,提倡学生自主选择学习的方式,让学生在自主选择的过程中有所领悟、有所发现。她根据学生自身的特点,注重以丰富多彩的活动形式来营造教育氛围,引导学生进行自主学习。她创办“读而思小讲堂”,由学生自由申报宣讲主题,确定宣讲内容,利用每天语文课课前5分钟时间进行汇报,学生情绪高涨,宣讲内容之广更是令人叹服。每一次汇报过后,班级就会掀起一阵对宣讲内容研究的热浪,学生在丰富的特色活动中感悟分享着传递知识的快乐。

此外,李老师在班级中还设立了“自主展示小舞台”。在这个舞台上,同学们可以尽情展示自己的才艺,释放自己的能量,在活动中建立自信、体验成功、发展能力,焕发热情和魅力。




为更好地搭建家校互动的平台,充分发挥葵园家校共同体的积极作用。本学期,李老师为刚入学的“小豆包”们组织了丰富的校内外活动。“跟爸爸妈妈看社会”活动中家长们积极参与,百忙之中走进葵园,走到孩子们中间,将他们的所长、所思、所感、所悟与孩子们分享。让孩子们学习到了书本中学不到的知识,领略了大千世界的变幻莫测,感受着多样文化的思想碰撞。在多彩的活动中,孩子们不仅丰富了知识,提高了能力,同时更拉近了家校关系,为一小的葵园家校共同体的发展做出了自己的贡献!









为满足学生发展的多元需求,充分体现传统与现代、科技与人文有机融合的新课堂。李老师带着学生走进航天城,探秘航天知识;体验“国际文化嘉年华”活动,为学生打开书本之外的精彩世界。







为了让同学们珍惜现在的幸福生活,主动去帮助他人,李老师还和同学们一同参与到中国扶贫基金会组织的“加油一起成长”社会公益行动中,学生看到了山区学生一天的学习生活,了解到山区小同学生活的艰苦和教育环境的贫乏。通过对比,同学们更加珍惜自己现在的幸福生活,同时也立志向更多的爱心人士宣传,汇聚更多力量帮助山区同龄小伙伴。





为了传承我们中华民族的优秀文化,让学生感受源远流长的民族精神,李老师将国学经典带进课堂,学生们在诵读过程中,识字量得到大幅度提升,记忆力和文字感受力都得到明显的提高。国学经典诵读既培养学生的阅读和积累能力,又加强学生语文综合素养的培养。





李老师还在本学期尝试用“长长的书”“日记秀场”来搭建互相学习、激发写作兴趣的平台,鼓励大家多视角、多角度地去选择写作的素材,让思维纵横千里,任意驰骋。宽泛的写作素材使孩子们稚嫩的日记内容闪耀着奇异的光芒。








  李老师和她的学生们在这美丽的葵园不期而遇,不仅仅是一种缘分,更是一种幸运。她用爱与真诚牵起了孩子们稚嫩的小手,将“至诚”的教育理念播撒在学生心间,更用自己的执着书写着对教育事业的至诚,看着一批批学生茁壮成长,李老师有着浸润心脾的骄傲与自豪!与学生相伴,对未来守望,李老师和孩子们一起扬志诚风帆,抵幸福彼岸。

To be honest is the motto in Li’s previous teaching experience, students named their class as Zhicheng Class, and can be literally translated as “a class which sets honesty as the top priority.” Both Ms. Li and her students regard sincerity as their lifetime pursuit and are strict with themselves at this point.

With Zhongguancun No.1 Primary School’s philosophy that education is based on good morality and indivuduality development, Ms. Li puts moral education in the first place. She emphasizes that individuals and environment should be harmoniously combined, which is the premise of exploiting students’ potentials and developing beyond themselves. Her class is like a big family where each student can develop as an individual, get along with others, and learn in a harmonious environment.

This year, Ms. Li welcomes a new group of students who she will teach with love and responsibility. With respect of class management, Ms. Li. always follows the democratic principle that teachers should give option back to students and insist on being honest in daily work. She believes that if a teacher wants to earn trust, she should treat students sincerely. In Ms. Li’s class, everyone has an opportunity to be a class administrator because this will help students become more responsible and students will know they have to take responsivities for their inappropriate behavior.

“Deep sincerity” refers to people who are honest and sincere. Ms. Li attaches great importance to the development and guidance of habits of first graders. She is adept in integrating common problems, educational central issues, and parents’ concerns into regulation and rules education. Making up some chants is a good way for students to have these rules stuck in minds.

In class, Ms. Li encourages self-inquiry, self-discovery, self-innovation, and respects each student. She provides platforms for students to discover and solve problems on their own. Furthermore, she lays emphasis on designing various teaching activities to stimulate students’ interests based on their characteristics. She sets “reading and thinking” classes, and the reading themes are decided by students and the classes are given by themselves, which is a good opportunity for students to share and acquire knowledge. In addition, Li. also makes a show stage where students are able to show their talents, win confidence, experience success, and stir passions.

To better facilitate the establishment of family-school interactive platform and exert its full influence, Li. organizes a series of campus and extracurricular activities for first graders in this semester. For example, in “Observing the society”, parents entered the campus and shared their social knowledge and experience with children, which enables them to have an extra learning resource and appreciate the unpredictability of the world. At the same time, this strengthens the bound between parents and our school.

To meet the demands for multi-development and integrate tradition with modernization, science with humanity, Li brought students to Space City and exploited the universe, which received positive feedback from parents, students and the school leaders.

To help students realize and cherish happy life, Li and other students organized children to take part in ‘Youth Cheer’ organized by the China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation in which students saw how students living in impoverished mountainous areas learn, and realized what they possess is what their counterparts are eager for so they will cherish what they have and try their best to help children at their ages but living in poverty.

Various school events inspired students to display their creation and imagination, and these activities can broaden students’ horizon as well. When Ms. Li is teaching, she attaches a lot of importance to students’ individual research skills, aiming to develop their abilities of listening, speaking, writing, and comprehension. All of her students achieve satisfactory marks in their finals.

Chinese Guoxue can be literally translated as Chinese National study and Chinese classics. It is the inheritance of Chinses culture. Guoxue is beneficial to students because students by learning it, they can extend their literature views, and gain their confidence, increase intelligence, and keep a positive mindset. Ms. Li pays attention to students’ moral achievements through Guoxue studying as well.

Recently, Ms. Li just has discovered an activity called Journal Show which aims to build a platform for kids to study as a team, and encourages students to make up stories with their creation and imagination. A group project called Chang Chang De Shu (Literally: A Long Book) to is designed to cultivate students’ abilities to study Chinese characters, to have their studying ideas and feel the attraction of numbers.

Li educates children with love and responsibility, and spread love among students. Within years, ingenuous students turn into happy teenagers, and Li watch students grow up from childishness to maturity. Although it is sad to see children leave the campus and say goodbye, it is happy to see how much progress students have made. As a companion of students, Ms. Li never gives up any student. She accompanies them growing up, facing the challenges and sharing the happiness gained from the time they spend together.
