1.负责公司当地销售渠道的开拓、管理及维护;

流利的英文听说写,CET-4级证书,会粤语优先;

具有较强的文案编写能力,组织和协调能力;

熟练制作各类报表,报告等资料所需要的Office办公软件。

Aftermarket Coordinator



工作地点 Location:苏州市

1. General Description

The position will be located in our Hutchinson Suzhou MRO facility.

The candidate will report to the MRO facility manager, and functionnally to the aftermarket manager of Hucthinson Lisses, France.

The main missions will be for the MRO activities, to insure the communication with our customers and our company, to do some first level failure root cause investigations, some first level repair, and to follow efficiently any Claims submitted to our company related to our systems.

Frequent travels in China.

 2. Experience

The candidate will :

-be a Chinese native, with Chinese mother tongue

-have a Master ’s Degree in Electronics Design and Validation or equilvalent,

-have past MRO activities experience (3 years minimum), for aerospace industries

-ideally have skill in quality management and/or supply management and/ or sales

-be fluent in English

 3. Detailed description

3.1 Customer support, training, investigations

-Train customer to the assembly and test of our system

-When customer can not define easily or the faulty LRU, or the failure root cause : Do a first level investigation on the field whenever needed (on the System), or in our MRO facilities (on LRUs or SRUs). A maintenance tool will be supplied, as well as a training to this maintenance tool

-If no easy way to find faulty LRU or root cause, coordinate with Hutchinson Lisses office.

-Write investigations report with conclusions (failure root cause, repair proposal, responsibilities) to Hutchinson organization until Claim closure

-Write investigation report for the customer

3.2 Claims management

Gather formal information from End User through Aircraft Manufacturer teams :

-Failure  description

-Helicopter treacability (Helicopter SN, Flight hours, Environmental specific conditions, …)

-System treacibility : System SN, Installation date, System Log card…

-Failure formal report

-Photos, information

-Be the local focal point for the Quality Claims related to our systems

-Apply our aftermarket processus to define responsablities, coordinate repair offer and repair order, to insure default LRU receipt and repaired LRU shipment.

Build an efficient Claims Management follow up tool, and use it to make useful reports. Information needs to be easily found :

-Claims process management dates, for each occurrence

-Obstacles, actions to solve them

-Priorisation from customer point of view

Manage KPIs to follow up the claims quanrtity, the frequency of MRO operations on each subsystem, follow the subsystem and/or components stock

Share information during the full claim process

-Insure a very good communication between Customer, Hutchinson Beijing Office, Suzhou MRO facility and Hutchinson Lisses aftermarket department.

-Clear and detailed written report in English will be requested for each event reported

Insure periodic (weekly ) reporting and discussion with Hutchison FranceLisses facility.

3.3 Repair and inventory management

-Do first level of repair in our MRO facilities

-If complex repair, send LRU to Lisses / France, and send replacement new or repaired LRU to the customer.

-Follow subsystems and components inventory

3.4 End User information capitalisation

-Gather information on the system operation from pilots or other representative of the cusomters. Epecially advanrages, drawbacks, in which onditions, …

-Gather any suggestion of improvement for our system

-Gather any opportunity for new business, or for new MRO service.
