AC Quality Conformance EngineerA320-FALA

工作地点 Location：天津

Profile:

1.High skilled engineer with strong technical background. Investigation experienced is a must.

2.Project Management (PMO). Good communication skills and high English level.

Responsibilities:

1.Conduct proactively investigations on technical issues. Lead appropriate corrective and preventive actions and insure that the responsible function perform the actions.

2.Promote best practices and provide proposals concerning quality standard and process improvement

3.Contribute to the continual improvement of Product Quality and lead actions in FAL-A

Main activities:

a. Specific task to lead the reduction of NC (Non conformities), QLB (Quality Log Book)， Concesions and CnQ (Cost of non-Quality).

b. Document and address Corrective and Preventive action requests via CPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) internally and toward suppliers.

c. Carry out Quality issues root cause analysis and solve complex issues.

d. Define the PoE (Point of Embodiment) for each Quality subject under AQCM scope and launch the correctives actions and follow-up.

e. Support and participate continuous improvement project, prevent any possible repetitive/severe quality issue, decide to launch and manage any quality action as necessary.

f. Manage corrective action of FOD (Foreign Object Damages) occurrence in FAL-A

g. Manage CPB (Customer Protection Board) Process for verifying effectiveness of corrective action, protecting customer and verifying quality warning from Europe.

h. Apply PPS process (Practical Problem Solving)

i. Perform Quality performance analysis (NC, concession, CNQ etc.)

Qualifications / Requirements:

1. Experienced on conducting investigations.

2. Good sense of logical and engineering concept

3. Fluently English speaking and writing

4. Science or Engineering Bachelor degree

5. Excellent communication skill. Specially communication with all the other QCM community in Airbus Group (Germany, France, Spain, UK…).

6. Good technical knowledge of manufacturing processes or Quality management

7. Good Experience with MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point)

航线拓展代表

工作地点 Location：珠海市

职位描述：

·  招商计划与指标：参与相关客运市场、航司发展规划及运力安排等调研分析，为部门制定航线航班拓展策略及计划提出参考意见及数据支持；

·  航班招商：跟随经理或主管进行航司招商拜访；定期向所分管航司运力网络、收益管理及本地营业部负责人发送市场数据信息，维护日常管理；

· 基础数据统计分析：负责所分管航司的数据、资料收集和分析；在主管指导下完成航线评估建议；

· 基础数据营运跟踪：跟踪所分管新航班及危机航班运营情况，与航司运力及收益部门及时沟通；负责航班变动情况跟踪统计及通知；建立营运航班加减班台账；统计引进航班情况；

·  专项资金：向所分管航司了解其所获各地政府资金补贴政策的制定和使用情况，为政府航司运输发展资金补贴方案的修订提供参考意见；

· 领导安排的其它工作。

应聘条件：

· 大专或以上学历，航空相关专业；2年以上工作经验；
