Wine tasting

品酒For thousands of years, wine and civilization have always been linked. Wine could be used as a symbol, a forbidden sin, a sign of richness or even a medicine. The wine traces its history back to 3000 BC.自古以来的几千年里，葡萄酒总是与文明文化有着关系。葡萄酒总是作为一种标志，可以是代表被禁的“罪”，也可以是富裕美好的象征，甚至还可以作为药用。葡萄酒的历史可以追溯到公元前3000年。

Today wine is also widely represented in movies in the world, with different symbolic.如今葡萄酒也广泛地在电影等领域，以它不同的标志出现在众人眼前。

Gaëtan Lefeuvre (Graduate of Bordeaux International Wine Institute) and Félix Morand (Graduate of Burgundy International School of Viticulture) will give a lecture about wine during 2 days, divided in 4 sessions.

乐福老师（毕业于波尔多国际葡萄酒学院）与菲利斯老师（毕业于布根地国际学校的葡萄栽培学专业）将会带给大家一个2天的演讲，分开四个部分。

For this training we will travel back in time and follow the timeline of this wonderful beverage, with tastings of course.

在培训中我们会跟随时间表进入不同的“旅程”，还会伴随着品尝这一环节。

You will learn about the basics of wine and tasting:

你将会学习关于葡萄酒的一些入门基础和简单品尝。

How is it made? Where the color comes from? How to taste wine like a professional?... We all have a lot of questions about this wonderful beverage. Through this 2 days training, you will get all the answers and interesting facts about wine making and tasting.

一瓶葡萄酒是怎么制造出来的？颜色是怎么来的？如何专业地品酒？……我们都有很多关于对这种神奇饮品的疑问。通过这两天的培训，你将会知道所有的答案，和一些关于制作和品尝上的有趣又不为人知的小知识。

And of course, we will have a lot of surprises and games during this training! Because wine means sharing and fun.

After lunch, be ready for some fizz! We will be exploring the sparkling wines world.
