1、We are unable to postpone the fixed date of our appointment.

如果我们无法满足对方更改日期的要求，我们可以说：We are unable to postpone the fixed date of our appointment（我们无法延后我们定好的约会时间），postpone 是“延后；延期”的意思。the fixed date （约好的日期）也可以改成 the set date 或 the target date。
