携程虐童事件启示：孩子有哪些权利必须了解和保护？

愤怒之余，必须让孩子知道自己有哪些权利，同时让大人重视孩子的权利，使孩子不受伤害，得到尊重与保护。...



一则“上海携程亲子幼儿园老师虐童”的视频刺痛了我们的心，视频中老师做出猛推孩子到桌角、击打头部、强喂孩子芥末物等行为...



“我们家女儿17个半月，半个小时给喂了半管芥末，一个小时拉了六次……”一名家长哭诉园方的虐童行为。携程虐童事件让我们愤怒不已！



不受暴力的伤害，得到大人的保护，获得尊重，接受教育…这都是孩子的基本权利，同时，这也是联合国《儿童权利公约》赋予每个孩子的权利！




孩子可能不知道自己有什么权利，家长也可能忽略了孩子的权利。但平时，家长应该通过讲解、故事、绘本等方式来教育孩子学会保护自己。

来自美国的小主播---姐姐 Ann（12岁）和弟弟 Robert （9岁）一起读过法国作家 Alain Serres 根据联合国《儿童权利公约》编写的绘本：I Have the Right to be a Child《孩子的权利》， 每一条都是根据公约的内容编写，希望通过这期节目，让孩子知道自己有哪些权利，同时让家长重视孩子的权利，使孩子不受伤害，得到尊重与保护。

世界上的每一个孩子，都有自己的权利，他们有权知道自己的权利，说出自己的权利，争取自己的权利。

作为家长，作为老师，作为大人，我们更需要了孩子的权利，更好地尊重和保护孩子的权利。

I am a child with eyes, hands, a voice, a heart, and rights.

我是一个孩子，我有一双眼睛、一双手，我能说话，我更有一颗心。当然，我还有我的权利。

I have the right to a first name, a last name, a family that smiles at me, and a country that I can call my home.

我有权拥有一个名字，她是属于我自己的；有权拥有一个家，她是温暖的；有权拥自己的国籍；这些都是我的权利。

I have the right to have enough food to eat and water to drink so that I can grow. My favorite thing is an orange. You can eat it or drink its juice.

我有权吃饭，有权喝水，有权健康地成长。我还要告诉你，我最喜欢的水果是橙子。它那香甜的果肉、甘美的果汁，都是我的最爱！

I have the right to live under a roof, to be warm but not too hot, not to be poor and to have just enough of what I need, not more.

我有权住在一个温暖的房子里，但不要太热。我不需要太多，但我有权远离贫穷。

I have the right to be cured with the best medicines that were ever invented. And to run and jump and climb and shout, “It’s so wonderful to feel good!”

当我生病的时候，我有权得到医治，使用最好的药物。我有权去跑步，有权去跳跃，有权去攀登，还有权高声叫喊。



I have the right to go to school without having to pay, so that I can learn how birds or planes poppy seeds fly.

我有权接受国家的免费教育，好知道小鸟、飞机，还有花儿的种子飞行的奥秘。

I have the same rights whether I am a girl or a boy. Boys and girls love to sing the same songs!

不关我是男孩还是女孩，作为孩子，我都拥有同样的权利。不管是男孩还是女孩，我们都可以唱同样的歌。

I have exactly the same right to be respected, whether I am black or white, small or big, rich or poor, born here or somewhere else.

我有权获得尊重，享受和大家同等的待遇。不关我的肤色是黑色，还是白色；不管我是高个子，还是矮个子，是贫穷还是富有；不管我出生在这里还是在那里。

I have the right to be helped by my parents, my friends and my country…… if my body doesn’t work as well as other children’s.

如果我的身体不像大多数孩子那样健全，我有权得到爸爸、妈妈，还有朋友和国家的帮助。

I have the right to be free from any kind of violence, and no one has the right to take advantage of me because I am a child. No one.

我有权不受暴力的伤害。任何人无权利用我牟利——绝对无权，因为我是孩子。

I have the right to go to school and refuse to go to work. I’ll choose a job when I’ve learned everything I want to know!

上学读书是我的权利，没有人可以逼迫我辍学去工作。只有学到知识，我才能选择自己想做的事情。

I have the right to be protected by adults and to be sheltered from disasters under a great big umbrella, whether there’s too much rain or because of other sad things.

我有权得到大人的保护，免受灾难的袭击。当大雨瓢泼或者不幸降临的时候，大人们会为我撑起巨大的伞来保护我。



I have the right never to experience the storm of war or the thunder of weapons. I am afraid of guided missiles and smart bombs.

我有权远离战争，远离炮火的怒吼，我害怕导弹在天上划出的闪电，也害怕爆炸发出的轰轰雷声。

I have the right to breathe clean air that’s as pure as the blue sky or a newborn polar bear cub.

I have the right to play, to create, to imagine, to make faces and to leap around…… and also have friends, because dancing alone isn’t very much fun.

我有权呼吸新鲜空气——那空气像蓝天一样纯净，像冰雪一样透明。我有权玩耍、创造、想象，我也有权做鬼脸、翻跟头。我有权选择自己的朋友，因为一个人跳舞并没那么有趣。

I have the right to learn about friendship, peace and respect for our planet and for each human being who lives on it, for each animal that inhabits it, for each plant that nourishes it.

我有权学习如何尊重我们的地球，尊重生活在地球上的人、动物和植物，学习如何与他们做朋友，同他们和谐相处。

I have the right to express myself completely freely-to say what I truly think about everything, even if it doesn’t always please my dad, to say exactly how I feel, even if it doesn’t always please my mom.

我有权自由表达自己真实的想法，不管爸爸高兴还是不高兴；我有权说出自己内心的感受，即使这样会惹妈妈生气。

I have the right to all these rights just because I am a child, especially if I live in one of the 193 states in the world that have agreed to the Convention on the Rights of the Child.

这些都是我的权利。因为我的国家和大多数国家一样，是联合国《儿童权利公约》的签署国，而我，作为一个孩子，也就拥有了公约赋予我的权利。

When will all children everywhere really have their rights respected?

什么时候，地球上所有的孩子才能真正拥有他们的权利？

Tomorrow?

明天？

The day after tomorrow?

后天？

In 20 years?

二十年以后？

We need our rights to be respected now- today -because it is right now- today - that we are children.

我们的权利，现在，此刻，就应该得到尊重，因为我们，现在，此刻，就是孩子。

中文出自：《孩子的权利》贵州人民出版社儿童权利公约（Convention on the Rights of the Child）1989年11月20日第44届联合国大会第25号决议通过，是第一部有关保障儿童权利且具有法律约束力的国际性约定。1990年9月2日生效。该公约旨为世界各国儿童创建良好的成长环境。截至2015年10月，缔约国为196个。1992年4月2日，《公约》对中国生效。

针对携程虐童事件，伊能静连发三条微博表达对此事的愤慨，同时她还录制视频，给网友们教育孩子的建议：

亲爱的爸妈：

请你一定要告诉自己的孩子，如果谁让他痛、或者摸他身体，都要告诉你。

请你一定要告诉他身体非常珍贵，就算爸爸妈妈也不可以，所以有任何人摸你、打你、给你吃东西，你回来都要告诉爸爸妈妈。

如果有人说你告诉爸爸妈妈我会打死你，你跟孩子说，爸爸妈妈会保护你，你不用害怕！你要让孩子相信他能依靠你。

你的孩子被伤害，你可以透过律师提起诉讼，中国的法律在权益的维护上越来越健全，如果你不知道怎么维护自己与孩子的权益，米粒妈永远在这里协助你。

为了不教育出轻易伤害他人的孩子，请你一定要做一个情绪稳定、冷静、勇敢、自省的妈妈，你对孩子的情绪发泄会对他人格发展产生莫大的影响，这些人格不健全的人，父母的教育有决定影响，我们都在创造未来，给孩子美好的未来，是我们宝妈们的使命。
