夜深人静时，我坐在电脑前，登上课件，已成为几个月来的一种自然习惯。课件像一本磁力很强的教科书，里面共享信息内容丰富，各类课件制作精良。其他资源中，不只是知识的储存和播放，更为我们提供了旨在提高语言实践沟通能力的诸多方法。而且，这里有着良好的互动交流的学习氛围。

对知识的贫乏，就会产生对知识的无知。一位名人说：“认识到我们知识上的不足，便向成功走了一大步。”懒汉最容易做出的辩解，是没有时间学习。其实这不过是一种托辞罢了。有一个著名的“三八理论”说，八小时睡觉，八小时工作，八小时只有安排时间，这个人人都一样，非常公平。但人与人之间的不同，在于业余时间怎么度过。当今社会的生活，丰富多彩。人们选择生活的方式，也变得千姿百态。我把这种学习当作了一种生活方式。再忙再累，每天都要抽点时间光顾或调阅课件，或与人交流，或完成作业，或自我检测，或搜寻信息。这种学习的关键还在与相互的参与。我们都知道现代教育的发展越来越强调自主学习和讨论式的学习，新动态就给我门这样一个机会，今天我们能在自由地发表和分享自己的对课件学习的思考与体会，这本身就已经体现了新环境下的新动态这个团队倡导的价值观：团队合作、教学相长、激情、敬业、客户第一。
