诗仙——李白

前言

华夏是中国的古代称呼。华夏不是指民族。——辞海

华夏也称“夏”、“诸夏”，又称为“华”或“诸华”。“夏”在羌语和藏语中都是“伟大、强大”的意思。华夏一词最早作为文化概念，出现在周朝，尊周礼，守礼义的族人即称为华夏。最初作为汉族的文化，如今华夏一词涵盖整个中国，是中国文化的象征。

《国之语》第一章为爱国篇，包含四个部分，华夏历史、华夏人文、华夏科技、励志爱国。其中华夏人文通过8个四字词语进行解读，即：文字甲骨、诸子百家；经传通史、四书五经；诗词歌赋、琴棋书画；经史子集、礼敬仁和，记住这8个成语，会基本缕清中国历史发展脉络。

诗仙——李白

李白（701 年-762 年），唐朝著名大诗人，其诗想象丰富奇特，风格雄浑奔放，色彩绚丽，语言清新自然，被誉为“诗仙”。他有许多轶事，铁杵磨针便是一则。

李白小时候不喜欢读书，常常逃学，到街上去闲逛。一天，李白又没有去上学，不知不觉到了城外。心里想：“这多好啊，如果整天在屋里读书多没意思啊。”

李白走到一个小溪边，看到一个满头白发的老婆婆，正在磨一根棍子般粗的铁杵。李白走过去，好奇地问：“老婆婆，您在做什么？”“我要把这根铁杵磨成一根绣花针。”老婆婆抬起头，对李白笑了笑，接着又低下头继续磨着。“绣花针？”李白又问：“是缝衣服用的绣花针吗？”“当然！”“可是，铁杵这么粗，什么时候能磨成细细的绣花针呢？”老婆婆道：“滴水可以穿石，愚公可以移山，铁杵也可以磨成绣花针”“可是，您的年纪这么大了？”“只要我真的下功夫，没有做不到的事情。”

老婆婆的一番话，令李白很惭愧，他想：这读书不和磨铁杵一样，天下书再多，只要下功夫天天读，总有一天可以读完啊。于是回去之后，他再没有逃过学。每天的学习也特别用功，后来成了名垂千古的“诗仙”。

Li Bai, born in 701 and passed away in 762, was a famous poet from Tang dynasty. He was honored as poetic genius because his poem was full of imagination creating a strong sense of pictures with fresh words and open styles.

was one anecdote of Li Bai.

When Li Bai was little, he didn’t enjoy going to school and always cut the class to stroll on the street. One day, Li Bai was absent from school again and went out of the city unconsciously thinking :”What a nice day! It would be so boring studying in the room.”

When Li Bai walked to a small river, he found an old woman with gray hair was grinding an iron rod. Li Bai went closer, “Grandma, what are you doing?” curiously he asked. “I’m grinding this iron rod into an embroidery needle.” the old woman raised her head and smiled to Li Bai, then she concentrated on her business again. “An embroidery needle? The one used for making clothes?” he asked again. “Of course.” “But the rod is too big, it’ll take so long for you to change it into a needle.” “If constant dripping wears away a stone, if Yu Gong removes the mountains, then a rod can be grinded into a needle.” “But you are not young any more.” “Nothing is too difficult if you put your heart into it.” the old woman explained.

Li Bai was so shamed after listening her words, then he realized studying was like grinding iron rod, no matter how many books one had to learn, he can finish them if he kept studying. After he went back to school, he worked hard and never escaped school, years later, he became the poetic genius and was crowned with eternal glory.
