Testing Engineer   测试工程师

• Develop test cases, scripts &scenarios according to Business requirement and test plan.

• Prepare test data for the test cases.

• Execute test, record test logs andtrack defects in test management tools (ALM, TFS, Jira, etc.).

• Follow-up on testing status plannedfor the day.

• Work closely with the team, test leadand development team to improve software/system quality.

• 为测试用例准备测试数据

• 使用测试管理工具（ALM，TFS，Jira等）执行测试，记录测试日志，跟踪测试缺陷

• 跟进当日计划的测试状态

• 与测试团队,测试主管和开发团队紧密合作，提高软件/系统质量

Testing Sr. Engineer  高级测试工程师

• Work with onshore engagement team todeliver quality testing service to clients.

• Design test plan and test strategy asper the requirement

• Develop test cases, scripts &scenarios according to business requirement and test plan.

• Prepare test data.

• Execute test, record test logs andtrack defects in test management tools (ALM, TFS, Jira, etc.).

• Do peer o peer review of the testcases

• Follow-up on testing status and writetest reports.

• 和在岸项目组合作为客户提供高质量的测试服务

• 根据需求制定测试计划和测试战略

• 根据业务需求和测试计划开发测试用例、脚本和测试场景

• 准备测试数据

• 使用测试管理工具（ALM，TFS，Jira等等）执行测试，记录测试日志，跟踪测试缺陷

• 对测试用例进行配对检查

• 跟进测试状态,撰写测试报告Testing Lead  测试主管

•Coordinate with onshore/offshore teamto deliver quality testing service to clients.

•Design test plan and test strategy,

•Recommend & establish besttesting practices and methodologies.

•·Lead and work with the test team todevelop test cases, scripts & scenarios, prepare test data, execute testsand track defects in test management tools (ALM, TFS, Jira, etc.).

•Review the testing task on a dailybasis to be in line with the standards

•Follow-up on testing status and writetest reports.

Research technologies and come up with testingsolutions for new opportunities.

Testing Engineer  测试工程师

• BS in Computer Science or relevant

• 1+ years of software testingexperience

• Good understanding and practice insoftware testing process

• Familiarity with HP ALM, MicrosoftTFS, Jira or other test management tools.

• Solid experience of test case design,test execution and report

• Familiar with writing SQL Queries

• Experience in automation test orperformance test is a plus

• Experience in ERP systems(SAP,Oracle, Siebel, etc.) testing is a plus

• Experience and knowledge in insuranceindustry is a plus

• Familiar with Agile Scrum Method is aplus

• Excellent written and Verbal English orJapanese communications skills.

• 5+ years of software testing and testmanagement experience, should have lead a sizeable team

• Ability to work with different globalteams and deliver efficiently.

• Good understanding and practice insoftware testing process and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with HP ALM or other testmanagement tools.

• Familiar with Database testingprocess

• Solid experience of test plan,estimation, test strategy, test case, test execution and report

·Solid experience in one of automationtest and performance test is preferred

• Capability in building automationtest framework with HP UFT, Selenium, Coded UI and etc. is a plus

• Capability in entire performancetesting process with HP Loadrunner, Jmeter is a plus.

• Solid experience on Mobile testing ispreferred.
