茶源自中国，传播于世界。

中国产茶历史悠久，茶类齐全。根据茶多酚氧化程度，结合茶叶的制作方法，我们将茶分为绿茶、黄茶、黑茶、青茶（乌龙茶）、白茶、红茶六大类茶。因地域、自然条件、制茶工艺的不同，茶叶的外形与滋味也各有差异。

By the oxidation degree of tea polyphenol and

the processing methods of tea, tea is divided into

six categories, namely, green tea, yellow tea, dark tea,

Oolong tea, white tea, and black tea.

Due to the differences in regions, natural conditions,

tea varieties and processing methods,

tea is rich both in its shapes and tastes.

GREEN TEA

--绿茶--

绿茶称为不发酵茶，鲜叶经杀青、揉捻、干燥制成。多酚类略有减少，但其含量仍为六大茶类中含量最高的。绿茶的品质特征为清汤绿叶，清新甘爽。

--GREEN TEA--

Green tea is called non-fermented tea,

which is made through frying, rolling

and drying its fresh leaves.

After such a process, the polyphenol is slightly

reduced, but its content in the green tea

is the highest among the above six categories.

Its tea liquid appears purely transparent

and light green, with a refreshing taste.

西湖龙井

西湖龙井茶是中国最著名的绿茶，产于杭州风景优美的西湖山区。西湖龙井素有色绿、香郁、味甘、形美“四绝”的美誉。用玻璃杯冲泡，茶叶慢慢伸展，芽叶相交，汤明色绿，赏心悦目。

West Lake Lung Ching

It is the most famous green tea in China, and

plated in the scenic West Lake mountains

of Hangzhou.

Lung Ching tea is famous for its perfect

combination of green color, delicate aroma,

mellow taste and beautiful shape, which are

called “Four Uniqueness”. When we make tea

in the glass, we can appreciate the beautiful

dancing of the tender tea leaves and buds,

with a transparent liquor and light green,

leaping before your eyes. It is really an

artistic enjoyment.

安吉白茶

安吉白茶产于浙江安吉，是一种非常特殊的绿茶品种。它用白色的芽叶制成，这种芽叶的游离氨基酸含量很高，高达6%以上，因此成品茶的香气高，滋味鲜纯，色泽黄绿，叶底叶脉稍带绿色，芽叶莹白，十分独特。

1988年安吉白茶被评为浙江省级名茶，1989年被评为全国名茶。

Anji White Tea

It is planted in Anji country of East China’s

Zhejiang Province. Anji White Tea is a very

special kind of green tea. It is made from

the white bud-leaves, which has high

contents of free amino acids, more

than 6% in general, so the tea finished

product appears a light green in its leaf

bottom and vein, with the silver white bud leaves,

and it is refreshing in its fragrance, mellow in

its taste and yellow-green in its color.

In 1988, it was appraised as the provincial

well-know tea, and in 1989, it won a title of

national-wide famous tea.

黄山毛峰

黄山毛峰是中国十大名茶之一，产于华东的安徽黄山地区。

黄山毛峰外形秀美，芽叶肥壮匀齐，白毫显露，形似雀舌，色泽油润光亮，绿中泛微黄。泡在杯中，清香四溢，茶凉后，仍有余香，清爽，味甘，余味悠长。

Huangshan Mao Fong

It is one of the ten most famous teas in China.

It is a kind of green tea, produced in the Huangshan

mountainous area of East China’s Anhui Province.

Huangshan Mao Fong is beautiful in shape,

and its buds are fat and regular like a sparrow tongue,

with dense white hairs, and it has an oily and bright

color, and a light yellow hidden in green. Prepared

it in a cup, a delicate fragrance fills the air,

and after the tea cools down, there is still a

remaining fragrance.

竹叶青

竹叶青产于四川峨眉山，扁形绿茶。1964年4月20日，陈毅元帅赴峨眉山考察，应万年寺主持之请为茶命此名，取竹子翠绿清新、生机盎然之意。

竹叶青外形扁平光滑，挺直秀丽，色泽嫩绿油润，香气清香馥郁，汤色嫩绿明亮，滋味鲜嫩纯爽。

Zhu Ye Qing Tea

It is produced in Emei Mountains of West China’s

Sichuan Province, and its is a kind of flat green tea.

On April 20, 1964, Marshal Chen Yi visited

Emei Mountain , and was invited

by the abbot of Wannian Temple

to name this kind of tea. Chen Yi made

an improvisation to call it Zhu Ye Qing,

meaning the emerald green bamboo full of life.

Zhu Ye Qing Tea has a flat and smooth shape,

straight and pretty. It is green bloom in color,

with a strong scent. It liquor color appears

light green and tastes mellow and brisk.

太平猴魁

太平猴魁是中国十大名茶之一，产于安徽省太平县。

太平猴魁制作讲究，鲜叶两叶抱芽，扁平挺直，自然舒展，白毫隐伏。干茶色泽苍绿匀润，叶脉绿中隐红，俗称“红丝线”。滋味甘醇，花香高爽，有独特的“猴韵”。

Tai Ping Hou Kui

It is one of the ten famous teas in China,

and produced in Taiping country

of Anhui Province.

The Hou Kui tea is made in a deliberate

process, with its two fresh leaves

holding a bud. It is flat and straight,

opening naturally, with the concealed

white hairs. It has a flowery flavor,

high and brisk, and a mellow taste,

with the vivid HOUYUN.

碧螺春

碧螺春，中国十大名茶之一，产于江苏苏州吴中县洞庭湖东西山一带。碧螺春是清代贡茶，由乾隆皇帝赐名。

碧螺春制作精细，茶青为一芽一叶，每500克干茶有芽叶6万多个。碧螺春条索纤细，卷曲成螺形，茸毫密布，香气清高。

Pi Lo Chun

It is one of the ten most famous teas in China,

and a kind of snail-shape roasting green tea,

produced in the region of Eastern/Western

Dongting mountain of Wuxian in Suzhou,

Jiangsu Province. It was the tea as tribute

in Qing Dynasty. Emperor Qianlong gave it

a name, Pi lo Chun.

The Pi Lo Chun is deliberately made, and its

raw material is one bud and one leave,

with more than 60,000 buds for every 500g

dried tea. It has a thin shape and curls into

a snail shape. Dense white hairs are covered

on it, with a fresh and high fragrance.
