三花趾位于牛的上臂，肉间有粗筋，切分要带筋切，所以对刀工也很讲究。


它跟五花趾一样量很少，要吃也得趁早，每桌限点一份。店里的师傅都有不下6年手艺，每到饭点，师傅就会开始超速切肉秀。



辣沙茶酱和甜沙茶酱，你们更爱哪款？
五花趾是牛肉界里比较稀罕的部位之一，整头牛只取得出几碟，纹路又清晰好看。





片到能透光薄度的牛肉，入锅滚5s就会变熟，切忌不要煮老。  潮汕牛肉烧烤
世界杯来临，店里的烧烤也有很多人推荐，可以烤牛肉串，烤牛肚，烤胸口油，烤牛肉丸...



上桌自带孜然香的胸口油，我还是第1次吃。烤完之后，胸口油的油脂会溢出，吃起来口感润润又有点焦感。

湿炒牛河 



主食类可以选择湿炒牛河，浑身湿漉漉的粿条吃起来很滑溜，咸淡对我来说也正好。  全深圳有3家店  



它在深圳的3家店，分别在蛇口、香蜜湖、南山桂庙，整体设计以木质和橘黄色为基调，桌与桌之间隔得也比较开，很明亮舒适。
