OPEN DAY初试环节

阿联酋航空的初试环节是由北京外航服务有限公司(简称FASCO)的面试官负责。通过初试环节Open Day(简称OD)的候选人方可被邀请参加复试环节Assessment Day(简称AD)和终选环节Final。

考查形式:OD的形式是多样性的,曾经以10人一组自我介绍的形式、10人一组抽问题回答的形式、10人一组小组讨论的形式、以及一对一面试的形式考察过。具体以哪种形式来考,会根据面试站点及实际参加面试的人数来决定。据统计,2015年的初选考察形式均为一对一面试形式。自

2016年1月开始,FASCO主持的初试变成8人小组一起面试,面试的形式为介绍你的partner。进入考场坐定之后,考官会分好各自的partner,5分钟时间交流之后依次介绍你的partner。介绍时信息必须包括姓名、年龄、工作经验和是否第一次面试EK。
☞ OD一对一面试高频考题参考:

1.Please introduce yourself first.

2.Please tell me your name and your work experience.

3.What do you know about Emirates ?

4.Why do you want to work for Emirates ?

5.Is this your first time to take the interview of Emirates? If not,why did you fail last time?

6.What did you do since you failed last time?

7.How did you improve your English?

8.What did you do to improve yourself ?

9.Why do you want to work as a cabin crew ?

Hopeway tips:

1.不是第一次面EK的同学,FASCO的考官几乎都会问你上次Fail的原因,并且希望你回答出你是如何针对上次的错误进行改正的,所以对于曾经参加过面试的同学要仔细的回顾自己之前的面试经历并找出可能表现不好的地方加以改正,并能真实的描述自己的提升方案。

2.关于什么时间参加面试,大白同学的建议是大家早一点到面试现场。一般提早到的同学都会开始排队,所以你实际参加面试的时间是到达面试现场的时间+排队等候时间。

3.Emirates对于考生皮肤和牙齿要求都比较高。关于皮肤,建议有痘痘及皮肤问题的考生平时要多注意保养皮肤,若面试前有痘痘冒出来,尽量用遮瑕品遮住皮肤的瑕疵处;关于牙齿,需要整齐且洁白,有牙齿问题的小伙伴也不用特别担心,可以先参加面试,如果有比较严重的牙齿问题,考官在初试的时候一般都会比较贴心的指出来。

4.关于面试紧张感的问题,大家可以先提前把面试高频问题拟好答题思路在笔记本上做好备注,然后以自问自答的形式自己先练习一遍,做到能够流利地表述,之后可以在找小伙伴来模拟一遍。能够做到比较流利地表述有助于缓解面试紧张感哦。



ASSESSMENT DAY 复试环节



阿联酋航空面试的复试环节是由阿联酋航空考官负责主考。通过OD的候选人方有资格被邀请参加AD复试环节。

复试环节一般面试流程如下:

1.Briefing 职位介绍

2.Group Discussion 多人小组讨论

3.Reach & Height Test 摸高及身高测试

4.Group Discussion 无领导小组讨论

5.Paper Test 英语笔试

6.Psychometric 心理测试

1Briefing 职位介绍



观看Emirates官方宣传视频,考官随和会跟大家介绍迪拜、介绍阿联酋航空、介绍空乘职位(候选人可在观看完视频后向考官提问)

2Group Disscussion 多人小组讨论



所有进入复试的考生通常会分为20-30人一大组,根据复试人数不同,通常会有三到五大组不等,然后依次从第一大组开始小组讨论。这关通常会分两轮小组讨论。

① 第一轮小组讨论

每个大组20-30人将再被分成每小组两到三人不等,每个小组分别抽一个卡片,卡片上有不同的职业的单词,要求每小组进行讨论后说出该职业所要具备的素质,之后每个小组依次开始发言。发过卡片后,考官会在一旁观察和记录。

2016年3月面试形式为:在Presentation时,小组每个成员说一个关于这个职业的特征,然后让大组里的其他成员们去猜测你们组拿到的职业是什么。之后面试官会挑组中一人讲一下创意用法。

☞ 职业所具备的素质题型:

gardener, baker, farmer, super star, astronaut, actor,  florist, architect, scientist, commputer programmer, singer, painter, party planner, astronomers fitness trainer, dance teacher, graphic designer...

② 第二轮小组讨论

考察形式:在完成第一轮小组之后,再抽取一次新的卡片,卡片上有物品,要求把抽取的卡片上的物品结合到第一轮小组讨论环节抽取的职业中,思考创意用法。(讨论结束后,考官会在每个小组随机抽一位候选人作观点表述。)

☞ 创意用法物品题型:

cup, coffee beans, alarm clock, shell, apple, towel, pillow, paper bag, lipstick, vanilla, starfish, high heel shoes, balloon, candy, tree, sock, goggles, flashlight(torch), water bottle, tooth brush, hat, chair, tomato, umbrella, chewing gum, rose, blanket, slipper...

Hopeway Tips:

1.小组合作很重要,注意分工与合作,一起组织语言,练习几遍。面带微笑,看着大家,不要刻意去看考官。介绍结束时要礼貌地感谢组员以及感谢大家的聆听。

2.做小组结论陈述时,不要刻意的表现自己,只要把自己该说的一部分说好就可以了,切勿将presentation说的像表演一样,会缺乏真诚感。同时需要注意和组员的互动,考官也想通过这个环节来看下你是否具备团队合作的能力。

3Reach & Height Test 摸高及身高测试



考察形式:在第二轮小组讨论后淘汰一些候选人后进行测试,考官首先分发Emirates Cabin Crew Gromming Standard 给大家阅读,然后依次叫号进行摸高及身高测试,同时询问是否有疤痕或纹身,之后可能会进行简短的一对一面试提问。

4Group Discussion 无领导小组讨论



此环节考官会给出题目,进行限时小组讨论,讨论时间通常为15分钟,讨论结束后考官会根据大家的解决方案提问或者做Role play。

【水族馆题型】If you are the manager of the aquarium,how will you deal with these situations below? (15 minutes)

2.Because of bad weather,outdoor dolphin show is cancelled,but the visitors still want to see this show.

3.An adult only can take three children according to the rule, but there is a tourist took four children.

4.A visitor complain that the staff is rude to his children.

5.A guest say she bought the belt meal coupon ticket, but now she can't find it.

6.There is a mother take her child to see a dolphin show,but the child isn't tall enough up to the standard.

【百货商场题型】If you are the manager of a department store,how will you deal with these situations bellow? (15 minutes)

1.A customer’s mobile phone is out of control, he ask you to change a new mobile phone for him, and this mobile phone can not be acceptted to repair, and it has been used for 2 months.

2.A customer bought sofa cleaning supplies in this department store before, his sofa was damaged after using the cleaning supplies,so the customer require the department store to pay for the full payment of sofa.

3.There is a children park in the mall, a female customer feel tired and let her one-year-old child play in the children park, but according to the regulation,only the children who is over one and a half years old can be allowed. But this female customer insisted on doing this.

4.In the toy store, a child’s parents want to buy a set of toy, but there is only one left and it has been booked by another customer.

5.An old lady use coupons for shopping, when she find the coupons are expired and can not be used, she fell very depressed.

【嘉年华题型】If you are the manager of a water park,this is the last day of water park. How will you deal with these situations below? (15 minutes)

1.A guest take a voucher which is only one day overdue,but he still want to use it.

2.A guest have bought a ticket before,but he forget to take it.

3.A couple have no local currency to buy ticket,and the nearest currency exchange is 10 minutes from here.

4.A mother take a child who is two years and eleven months old to see the show, but only children over three years old can be allowed.

5.Some divers want to dive in the water park, but their diving equipment are not up to the standard.

6.A mother complain the clerk is rude to her child,and she wants to get a refund for tickets.

Hopeway Tips:

1.有时考官会在正式小组讨论环节让大家自愿来读题目,她会在此时做记录,随后开始正式的讨论,大家如果想做volunteer的话,需要有礼貌的示意考官,并且注意朗读的语速及声音,保证其他组员可以听到并听清楚。

2.在正式小组讨论环节,在其他组员陈述应对方案时切勿打断对方或反驳别人的意见,这是大忌。在其他组员提出自己建议的同时,你可以微笑倾听亦或是点头,做个倾听者,这是礼貌且尊重对方的表现。

3.在小组讨论环节一定要适时表达自己的意见,不要抢话,但也不能不说话,这样会让考官觉得你的英语水平无法正常交流亦或是不想参与小组的讨论,这样可能会被误认为你欠缺团队合作精神。

4.讨论结束后,考官会随意抽选考生来回答解决问题的方案,所以在其他组员回答时要认真听别人的意见,以免在考官点到你的时候不在状态哦。

5.在第三轮小组讨论结束后,考官可能会扮演成customer跟你做role play,很多小伙伴会觉得无法招架,在这里要告诉大家的tips是:无论考官怎么challenge你,都不要放弃解决问题,表现出被难倒的神情,而是继续耐心地给customer解决问题,尽量站在客户的角度换位思考,但前提是不要违反公司的规定啦,解决问题的态度往往也是非常重要的。

5Paper Test 英语笔试(1H)



笔试题型包含:

a.阅读理解:选择/同义词替换/为划线词解释

b.选择告示及警示语意思

c.完形填空

d.还原句子到原文(把抽出的句子填入文章中,含误导选项)

Hopeway Tips:

笔试环节的难度和CET-6差不多,不是特别容易哦,平常做题能力不是很好的小伙伴们要提前一段时间开始熟悉题感,选择类似同样难度的题型来练练手,EK笔试环节是会淘汰笔试不合格的考生的。

6Psychometric 心理测试(在线)



笔试通过的同学会参加资料准备会,并填写相关资料,考官会发一份Final前材料的check list,告知Final前需要准备好的材料,同时要求完成在线的心理测试并提交。



FINAL 终选环节

阿联酋航空的Final环节也是由阿联酋考官负责。通过AD的候选人方可被邀请参加Final。

考察形式:Final的官方规定时间为45分钟,实际Final的每个人面试的时间在30分钟到45分钟不等。

Final的部分问题分类有:

-工作经历(兼职、实习、全职、志愿者等经历都会涵盖)

-工作离职原因及EK入职动机

-工作中遇到的各类案例的处理

-AD后的心理测试题所导出的人格类型的引申问题

-如何与不同个性的人相处

-如何面对和处理文化差异

-个人生活经历

......

1.关于Final的问题准备,建议大家在面试前先拟好思路并以自问自答形式多模拟来练习自己的逻辑思维及表达能力。

2.Final中的案例来源尽量选自自己的真实案例,考官可能就一个案例做引申提问或细节追问,提前写好案例方案把考官可能引申的问题提前准备好也是不错的选择。
