A generous boss spent nearly 400,000 POUNDS on a luxury holiday to the Maldives for 100 of his employees as a ’small token’ of his gratitude.

Founder of mixed martial arts company Evolve, Chatri Sityodtong, flew his workers to the tropical nation for an all-expenses paid trip because he was so pleased with his company’s figures.

While some bosses may buy you a drink at the office Christmas party, Mr Sityodtong spent a cool ?392,000 on the trip to the paradise island.

And this is not the first time he’s splashed out on his employees.

而这也不是他第一次为员工大手笔地花钱了。He said the holidays are a ’normal part of Evolve culture’ and he has previously taken his workers to luxurious destinations such as Bali, Krabi, Khao Lak and Bintan in Indonesia over the past five years.

Every year, I take the entire team on an all-expenses-paid trip to a five-star luxury resort at a surprise destination.’

He said: ’The world is a big place! I don’t know where our annual retreat will be held next year, but I hope to take them to another spectacular place.’
