重庆，巴蜀地。

Chongqing，Known as Bashu

处长江上游，

Hiding in the Upper Reaches of the Yangtze River.

东临湘楚，

East to Hunan and Hubei

南接云贵，

South to Yunnan and Guizhou

西衔西藏，

West to Tibet

嘉陵江的号子，

The song of the Jialing River

北从陕西甘肃之境穿云而来。

North to Shangxi and Gansu.

川剧，是巴蜀文化的一大特色 。

川人终是爱高腔，几部丝弦住老郎。

老桌、老凳、老墙、老熟人，

Old desks，old chairs，old walls，old friends

不论缙绅名流，还是市井布衣，来者都是茶客，

Whether celebrities or layfolks are tea guests.

一人一椅一杯，品一杯清茗，

A person，a chair and a cup，a taste of pure tea

听一耳川剧的清音，

An Ear of Chuan Opera，

茶博士持长颈铜壶穿行茶桌之间，

Tea Experts Walk Through Tea Desks with Tea Pots

边续水边展示其操壶技艺。

Refilling while presenting skillful tea art.

川民泡在茶里，

Chuan culture instills in the tea

整日如此，整年如此，终生如此，

days after days and years after years

得茶禅真髓，如大佛背山而坐，便与天地山河结成一体。

Achieving the essence of the tea and meditation，as if sitting at the back of the Buddha and becoming one with the nature.

茶圣陆羽道：“茶者，南方之嘉木也。”

The master of tea art says：“Tea is the most precious treasure in the southern China.”

而这西南地之巴蜀。

But in Bashu，

氤氲在茶香里的唱腔是蜀人久未醒来的一场梦，

Aria comes out of the good smell of tea like a dream for Bashu locals

这场梦里，茶器中的市井味、泥土味和人情味在新的年代里倔强而温暖地存在着。

In the dream，the taste of folks，the mud and the city remain within one tea set，prevailing with warmth and strength in this new era.
