We’re introducing six new dishes that are sure to keep you coming back all Winter long. Your taste buds will be tantalised with the a unique array of spicy freshness, that will keep you warm from the inside out.

水煮海鲈鱼 Asian-Infused Poached Sea Bass

优质海鲈鱼和蓝口贝通过水煮，保留住高蛋白营养和天然鲜甜滋味。再搭配加入泰椒与青柠调制出的全新味醂辣汁，清爽融合的口感，让每一口都充满鲜香四溢的海洋美味。

Our premium sea bass is softly poached with blue mussels, locking in its unique taste of the sea. This nutrition rich dish is served with a mirin chili dressing and pays homage to the freshness and delightful spice of the seafood.

桑巴酱烩什锦大虾 Sambal Shrimp Stew

东南亚风情的桑巴酱浓郁刺激，像是跳着热烈之舞的少女，与鲜甜大虾共同烩煮。再配上香蒸的泰米饭，粒粒真挚，入口更加鲜香满足。

The rich sambal chili sauce of Sambal Shrimp Stew will leave with a pleasant tingle on the tongue, which is balanced with green peas and fluffy potatoes, all served on a bed of fragrant steamed Thai rice.

香辣烧烤汉堡 Chili BBQ Burger

蓝蛙汉堡在今冬又将迎来新滋味。澳洲进口牛肉饼，牛油香味浓郁，搭配牛油果、芝麻菜、香炸青尖椒，点睛之笔的甜辣烧烤酱，甜味中带着辣味，香味在口中绽开，反复咀嚼间，滋味在唇齿间留存回味。

Our signature patty of Australian imported beef is char-grilled to perfection, before being topped with fresh avocado, cheddar cheese, arugula, deep fried green chili and sweet chili BBQ sauce.

红咖喱烩海鲜 Red Curry Seafood

阿根廷的小鱿鱼、新西兰的蓝口贝、新鲜的大虾和冰岛的银鳕鱼，与红咖喱共同烩煮，自带淡淡甜味的红咖喱，配合菠萝，让整道菜拥有甜味和辣味的双重清爽感受。（不同城市搭配法棍或香蒸泰米饭）

Calamari, blue mussels, shrimps and Icelandic cod are all delicately bathed in a rich red curry sauce. Our ultimate comfort dish is topped with sweet pineapple and refreshing coconut milk, served with crusty baguettes on the side for your dipping pleasure. （The dish will be served with baguette or steamed Thai rice.）

牛肉丸炸制后饱满多汁；辣椒青柠车达芝士和红椒芥末酱的加入，带来明快活泼的清新辣味；搭配入口香郁的芝麻菜，半干番茄，浓缩黑醋，瞬间打开冬日胃口。

100% Australian imported beef are fried until juicy and served with fresh arugula, deep fried onions and lashings of balsamic reduction. We’ve given this dish a spicy spin with the addition of chili lime cheddar cheese and a tasty paprika mustard sauce.

Time to warm up with two blue frog favorites! Last year’s hero drinks are back to take the chill off winter. blue frog Mulled Wine uses red wine, brandy, cloves and honey to create a tipple that Santa himself would be proud of whilst Bombardino is Italy’s winter beverage of choice, using a creamy blend of advocaat, milk foam and chocolate powder. Bellissimo!
