在青苗，因为遇到了成就你未来的贵人、遇到了支持你全部的团队、遇到了成就你梦想的事业，所以愿意，就这样一直一直奋斗在这里。在此，以十年为界，我们寻找到一些在青苗工作已超过十年的员工，听他们细数十年阡陌。
时光荏苒，蓦然回首，我在青苗工作已有18年的光阴，见证了青苗从最初的一个幼儿园校区发展到今天遍及7大省市20余所校区，成为涵盖从幼儿园到初高中的中西合璧式教育集团。
记忆中那些可爱的孩子们，曾经倚在我怀里、牵在手中的小精灵们，如今很多都已经步入了国际名校，成为有具备多元化视角、全球化意识的德才兼备的未来力量。
在充满“爱、关心与支持”的青苗文化中，让孩子们能够在不断发展的全球化环境中有担当、有作为，并最终取得成功，我想这也是我在青苗最大的幸福所在吧。
作为一所中西合璧的幼儿园，经过了近二十年的努力，不断地完善和反复地验证，在施华校长的带领下，从只有几名员工的国际幼儿园，成长为中国人自己创办的国际化教育品牌，很多记忆仿佛都还在停留在昨天。伴随着上东校区门口玉兰花每一年的花开花落，在这里，我见证了无数崭新的梦想走向更远的未来。每一棵小苗的融入，每一届学生的毕业，每一次大型活动的精彩举办，每一所新校区的顺利落成，这一切都历历在目。所有的艰辛和努力，都在孩子的欢声笑语中变成了激励我们前进的动力。
在这将近二十年中，我一直感受着每一天的幸福时光。一直觉得自己是一个很幸运的人，在懵懵懂懂中跨入了国际教育行业，也亲眼历见了北京国际教育行业的成长。如今，青苗迎来了更广阔的展翅高飞的天地，一批年轻有为的老师和园长们加入到我们的队伍中，我每天都能体会到他们的热情与积极。他们的青春里有我和青苗；青苗的成长里，也有他们的青春印记。岁月正好，一切都如此美妙，让我遇见青苗，遇见施校。工作中的兢兢业业雷厉风行原来也会如此打动人心，所有的坚持和不放弃是我们彼此最温柔的陪伴。感谢命运让我和青苗如影随形，我愿意和大家一起并肩携手，在青苗更远的未来里，我们一起同行！

The lovely children whom I have once held in my arms or in my hands have already grown to become multicultural and multilingual global citizens who are pursuing studies in globally recognized universities and colleges worldwide. It has been my biggest honor to contribute to the development of our students in a “love, care and support” BIBS environment.
