做法与步骤:

1、将干香菇洗干净,温水提前泡发(40度左右温水,水里加一小撮白糖),排骨斩成3到5厘米长的小段(可以让卖肉的帮你斩好),用清水冲洗干净,滤干;加入排骨酱、老酒、生抽、麻油、盐、鸡蛋、生粉、一点点小苏打、一点点老抽(上色),用手拌匀,放置常温下腌制1小时;

8、我一般会一次性做个几十份的量,分装放冰箱冻起来,想吃就可以拿出来撕开袋子,倒入锅中加热即可,淋在饭上吃,再烫点青菜或西兰花一起吃;对于上班族来说,这个是非常省时又营养均衡卫生美味的便当;

也可以直接烧出一大盘当正菜,朋友聚会什么的,加热一下就可以了,方便又美味,这个可是实实在在的硬菜啊;

9、分装时建议用便签纸或记号笔在袋子上标上日期,以免日后忘记了,不知放多久了。一般零下18度冷冻可保存三个月;
