首先李主任本身颈椎就不好，当晚又加班至凌晨，而且一个姿势很久导致颈部僵硬；其次当他入睡后依然维持了一个错误姿势：侧睡加头低，导致颈部肌肉收紧，刺激了交感神经兴奋，导致冠状动脉平滑肌痉挛，心肌缺血，心梗而死。
