而前两天，还有一位在社交媒体上，走红的意大利“阳台音乐家”为中国网友特别献上了，一曲家喻户晓的《梁祝》(Butterfly Lovers) ，并迅速火上了微博热搜↓↓↓

Yesterday I’ve lost a friend because of the virus.

It was hard to go on but I went anyway to my balcony to give music to everyone.

从噩耗中走出来很难，但我还是来到了阳台，为大家演奏音乐。

At the end of the day, numbers in Italy were lower than the day before. Maybe there’s some light at the end of this tunnel... hope everyday to have less bad news.

一天结束了，意大利的病例数比前一天，少了点。或许这段隧道(段隧道)的尽头，会有些许光亮……希望每一天的，坏消息越来越少。

Q:

How did you come up the idea to open a Weibo account to share your balcony concerts with Chinese netizens?

您是怎么想到开通，微博帐号，和中国网友分享您的，阳台音乐会的？

A:

My neighbor Jing told me that my music was so appreciated in China, so I thought about opening an account on Weibo to have more direct contact with the people there. These hard times for the whole world, music unites people and good emotions are more than necessary to go continue work through everyday difficulties.

我的邻居Jing告诉我，中国有很多人欣赏，我的音乐，所以我就想着，开通个微博帐号，能和大家直接沟通。整个世界都处于艰难之中，而音乐将人们团结了起来，我们也更需要良好的情绪来继续，度过每日的难关。

Q:

Many Chinese netizens are amazed by the balcony artists in Italy. In your opinion, why have many Italians chosen to sing and play musical instruments to pass this difficult time?

许多中国网友都赞叹意大利，的阳台艺术家。在您看来，为什么会有如此多意大利人选择唱歌或者演奏乐器来度过，这段艰难(段艰难)时刻？

A:

I think Italians are very creative and expansive. So this was our way of keeping people together, even if they are far away.

我认为意大利人都很，有创造力，很豪放。所以这是我们团结大伙，的一种方式，哪怕大家天各一方。

I love to do it because it’s good for the people around me - and also outside thanks to social media. Everybody has a part to play, so as an artist the only thing I could do was stay at home and donate my music to everybody.

我很喜欢阳台，音乐会的形式，对我周围的人来说是一种，很好的形式 —— 多亏有社交媒体，外面的人也能听到音乐会。大家都在为疫情出一份力，作为一位艺术家我唯一能做的，就是待在家里，为大家献上我的音乐。

Every time I do it, the response of my neighbors is so nice that we all feel more like a team, rather than just neighbors. We used to only sing happy birthday together, when it was one of our kids’ birthdays. Now, we sing the National Anthem of Italy all together in isolation, it was really great and touching for all of us.

每次我演奏时，邻居们的回应都，很友善温暖，大家更像是一个团队，而不仅仅只是邻居。我们以前只会一起，给孩子们唱生日歌。现在隔离中的大家，会一起唱意大利国歌，这点真的很棒，大家都很感动。

Q:

Your video of Butterfly Lovers has become a trendy topic on Sina Weibo. Why did you pick this piece of music as your gift to Chinese people?

您演奏《梁祝》的视频在微博上成，为了热搜。为什么您会选择这首曲子作为给中国，朋友们的礼物呢？

A:

I asked my neighbor Jing to introduce me to the music you love most.

我让邻居jing向我，推荐你们大家最喜欢的曲子。

Once she sent me the link of a video, I felt in love with this music and its story.

她发给我这首，曲子的视频链接时，我就爱上了《梁祝》的音乐和故事。

I received lots of messages from people there telling me that now most of you are gradually starting to go out and see nature. smell flowers, see trees becoming greener and full of life.

我收到了很多中国朋友，的留言，他们告诉我大部分人渐渐都，能走出家门，感受大自然，你们能够细嗅花香，看着树木一点点变绿，充满生机活力。

Spring is the season of love and it was perfect as a gift in this moment.

春天是爱的季节，在这一刻，这首曲子作为，礼物是完美的。

Q:

Many music lovers in China have interacted with you by joining in, some even played Chinese musical instruments like the GuZheng. What do you think of the ensemble?

许多中国音乐爱好者都通过加入隔空，合奏与您互动，还有人弹起了古筝等，中国民族乐器。您觉得这种合奏怎么样？

A:

The first time I saw an accordion player joining me, it was amazing. I felt that we were together in this battle. Every time I saw someone new joining the ensemble was, for me, a huge message of solidarity and empathy. I also saw it as a brilliant idea.

当我第一次看到有，位手风琴乐手加入合奏时，那感觉真是太赞了。我觉得大家在这场战“疫”中都团结在了一起。每次看到有新人加入合奏，都给我带来了巨大的，支持与共鸣。我觉得这是个很棒的想法。

When I first heard the GuZheng joining in, it was really magical. We were playing a tango together from our homes, which are thousands of kilometers away from each other. That’s what I mean when I say that music has no boundaries. It is the strongest language and it has no limits.

我第一次听到古筝合奏时，感觉真的很神奇。我们当时在各自的家里演奏，一段探戈舞曲，大家都相隔数千公里。这就是我说的音乐无国界，这是最有力的语言，不受任何限制。

What does music mean to you, especially in this difficult time?

音乐对您而言意味着什么，尤其是在这段艰难(段艰难)，的时刻里？

A:

Music has the power to unite people in times like these.

在这样的时刻，音乐拥有团结人心的力量。

This virus is forcing us keep a huge distance between one another, and a lot of other things that are against our human nature.

病毒让人们之间，的距离远远拉开，还有其他很多影响，这有违我们人类的天性。

Music can unite us regardless of our distance; it reminds us that we are humans and that we can hug ourselves in other ways.

而音乐能够打破距离，将我们团结在一起；它提醒我们作为，人类大家庭的一员，我们能以其他方式拥抱，彼此。

It’s a moment of tension release. A moment when everybody stops thinking about the bad news and lets themselves go.

In times like this, we need more music than ever because it helps people stay together and cures our souls.
