最新推出的培训课程中理论知识的学习由此前的场馆实际教学调整为网上学习，所有场馆、垫上及reformer理论知识，学员都可以通过网络反复收看学习，因而学习时间由原来的14天缩减至12天，极大程度上提高了学员学习的方便性，减少了时间成本，同时在收费上也有相应减少。

It is different than before. 2016 Polestar Pilates will make adjustments to all training courses!

Latest training curriculum theory knowledge learning is switched from former venues actual teaching to online learning. The students can study online for the repeated viewings of gateway and PP courses. So the learning time of the original 14 days will be reduced to 12 days. It improves the convenience of students' learning, reduces the cost of time, also has a corresponding reduction in charge.

Polestar Pilates 北极星普拉提培训将由国际导师授课，英文授课时由IsoFit普拉提工作室提供中文翻译。

Polestar Pilates training will be taught by the international instructors. IsoFit Pilates studio will provide Chinese translation.

1普拉提垫上系列培训 Pilates Mat Training

利用传统垫上动作来掌握普拉提理论原则，理解常见脊椎疾病及普拉提垫上动作降阶/进阶方法。含初、中、高普拉提动作以及团课设计指引。利用触觉及形象提示提高动作表现力。

The Polestar Mat course modules include Mat Intermediate and Mat Advanced courses, which are built on and add depth to the material learned in Gateway Mat 1. The six basic Polestar Pilates Principles are incorporated into the learning process, to provide a clear understanding of the underlying fundamentals of each mat exercise. Program design and exercise sequencing are addressed for a variety of group exercise and personal training settings. Successful graduates can be confident to teach Mat Pilates at professional level.

2普拉提核心床培训 Pilates Reformer Training

北极星是首个发起团体普拉提床培训的机构。通过有趣的叠加方式学习所有动作。培训内容含有入门到高级的125个动作以及科学的降阶/进阶方法。学习精准的练习方法及适当的触觉及形象提示。完成课程的学员应可以自信的进行私课及团课教学。

The Polestar Reformer course modules include Reformer Intermediate and Reformer Advanced courses, which are built on and add depth to the material learned in Gateway Reformer. Both classes develop core control, strength, flexibility, alignment, coordination and balance. Participants will also learn the dynamics of group training in this unique conditioning programme. Emphasis will be placed on advanced cueing skills that enhance the accuracy and quality of movement. Successful graduates can be confident to teach Reformer Pilates at professional level in a group and personal training format.

3普拉提场馆培训 Pilates Studio Training

北极星普拉提场馆特别为专注于普拉提及康复的专业人士设计。普拉提从业者有资质能够为初级客户到高级客户设计和提供专业练习方案，这些方案包含全系列普拉提器械。学生将分成小组，轮流练习所学动作。学员还将学习如何寻找骨标记并在教学中如何利用触觉及形象提示提高教学目的。在本课程结束时，学生将能够设计和提供合适的方案给不同级别的客户进行小组培训及私课教学。

The Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Studio programme is designed for the dedicated Pilates professional.On qualification,the Studio practitioner will be able to design and implement apparatus exercise programmes for beginning level clients to advanced level on the full range of Pilates equipment. Students will be introduced to small group training on the apparatus,including Polestar circuit training. At the end of the course,students will be able to design and implement an appropriate programme for beginning to advanced level clients and conduct small group training.



特别注意 

北极星普拉提2016年培训课程在Gateway 1 Mat之前会有Gateway Online 3小时的前期入门网上课程，而在上完Gateway 1 Equipment课程之后，会有10小时的PP Online网上课程，之后进入场馆S/R后续课程。除Gateway Online 和PP Online可以在网上反复学习，其他课程需在场馆进行学习。革命性突破的Gateway系列课程为初学者提供普拉提培训的入门介绍和专业概念普及，给希望在成为专业普拉提教师的学员打下坚实的基础。

Gateway series teach Pilates at a basic level and set up a solid foundation for students to build on when continue their training to the professional level.PP（北极星普拉提运动原理）以北极星运动原理为基础，结合最新医学成果、生物能量学和肌动学，配合北极星普拉提评估体系，学习普拉提最佳教学方法。

This course introduce current research in movement science, motor learning, bioenergetics, and communication science to instructional practice through six basic movement principles which are used throughout the Polestar Pilates curriculum.
