北京精酿啤酒节酒单第一波

大跃主办的北京精酿啤酒节马上将于6月10日星期五下午1点在银河soho正式举行了。本届啤酒节将有16家精酿酒商参展，可谓是盛况空前。
Great Leap’s own Beijing Craft Beer Festival kicks off next Friday, June 10th, at 1pm at the Galaxy Soho. Among the 16 breweries showing up to the party, there is going to be plenty of beers to go around.
Micheal Jordan和拳击猫团队将集体抵达北京。那些想来啤酒节喝上一整天的酒友们，他们带来的Mao Mat Lemongrass Lager，Contender Extra Pale和Brawlin’ Beigian Witbier会让你爽的合不拢嘴。最压轴儿的，当属酒精度高达9.9%的King Louie Imperial Stout。这款佳酿是一款混合式的乌啤，分别使用Jim Beam波本酒桶和Stranahan科罗拉多威士忌桶进行了桶藏发酵。
Boxing Cat
Michael Jordan and the Boxing Cat team are coming up to Beijing with a loaded card. For those looking to drink throughout the day, the Mao Mat Lemongrass Lager and Contender Extra Pale, and Brawlin’ Belgian Witbier will sate your palate. The main event, though, is without a doubt the King Louie Imperial Stout. Standing in at 9.9%, the King Louie is a blend of stout aged in both Jim Beam barrels and Stranahan’s Colorado Whisky barrels.
武汉远道而来的18酒馆带来了他们经典的胶片机、雾霾小麦和九头鸟IPA。与Woflow Coffee合作酿制的咖啡赛森啤酒韵味奇特，饱含温和的苦涩感和微酸的滋味。
18 Beer
Wuhan’s own 18 Beer is set to serve their classic beers like the Film G. Milk Stout, Fog and Haze Wheat, and Nine Headed Phoenix Imperial IPA. Their admittedly strange, though altogether interesting Coffee Saison was brewed in collaboration with Woflow Coffee, and carries a mild bitterness complemented by a light tart flavor.
青岛强麦离经叛道的酿酒师John Herrington将带来啤酒花味强劲的几款啤酒。强麦招牌西楚艾尔是一款使用单一啤酒花和单一麦芽酿造的淡色艾尔，有清爽的啤酒花香，极易入口；笑脸啤酒代表着新时代口味，使用Hull Melon啤酒花酿造；还有最强劲的滋酿IPA，加入了巨多的Mosaic和Simcoe啤酒花酿制。以上三款啤酒足以令自称嗜好啤酒花味道的各位神魂颠倒。
Strong Ale Works
Qingdao’s renegade brewer John Herrington is sending up a beer list defined by hoppiness. From the SAW classic Citra Pale Ale, a super drinkable single hop-single malt beer, to the new-school taste of the Smiley Boy’s Hull Melon hops, and finally the Zier IPA (brewed with one exact metric shit ton of mosaic and simcoe hops), self-proclaimed hop-heads will lose their minds over.
是大跃最喜欢的合酿啤酒伙伴之一。他们为北京啤酒节带来了最经典的款式和极具实验性的新款酒。腾云小麦：丰收酒厂的传统力作，几年里一直在打磨这款产品，圆润，平衡！丹道烟熏乌梅思涛：这是款新的啤酒，配方灵感来自酸梅汤，加入了大量的烟熏麦芽和乌梅。
Chengdu Harvest
One of Great Leap’s favorite collab partners, is planning on serving a taste of both the classic and the experimental. Harvest has spent years perfecting the Tengyun, an easy drinking and well-balanced wheat beer with a mellow taste. The Red Path Smoked Plum Stout is an entirely new brew inspired by the taste of plum juice, and brewed with a hefty amount of smoked malt and dark plums.
熊猫精酿
北京品牌熊猫精酿的酒单包括熊猫眼蜂蜜艾尔，苦丁IPA，唐朝苦瓜，和苹果酒。这次为啤酒节特别带来的苦丁IPA，是熊猫精酿与来自纽约的Empire酒厂合作酿制的，使用了中国的小叶苦丁茶与纽约州的啤酒花，带出独特平衡的微苦。
Panda Brew
Panda Brew’s beer menu includes the Panda Eyes Honey Ale, Kuding-Ta IPA, Tang Dynasty Barley Wine, and the House Cider. Brewed in collaboration with Empire Brewing Company of New York, the Kuding-Ta IPA has a well-balanced bitterness from Kuding leaves and New York State hops.
大师就是大师，在所有啤酒节都能hold住全场，这次带来北京的有茉莉花茶拉格、婴儿肥IPA、英水帝江美式淡色艾尔、猛丁大麦红葡萄酒和活闹鬼IPA。对了，啤酒不冰，不幸福哦。
Master Gao
The brewMASTER who steals the spotlight at beer festivals like Kanye steals Grammies is bringing a host of brews whose reputation precedes them. The repertoire includes the Jasmine Tea Lager, Baby IPA, Heroic Imperial River APA, Mad Ting Barley Wine, and Holly Devil IPA. There’s something for everyone, best served cold.
李光头啤酒首次亮相北京精酿啤酒节并带来了两款招牌啤酒。桂花小麦是一款带有清茶气息且极易入口的巴伐利亚风格小麦啤酒。光头IPA则是一款使用了5种不同的啤酒花酿制的佳酿，带来了令人愉悦的啤酒花苦香和浓郁的麦香气息。
Li Guangtou
Li Guangtou is making his debut in Beijing with two of his flagship beers. The Osmanthus Wheat is an easy drinking Bavarian style wheat beer with a crisp tea-flavor. Guangtou IPA is brewed with five varieties of hops for a pleasantly hoppy bitterness that is complemented by a malty mouthfeel.
悠航将会带来一系列经典，猴拳IPA、奋斗者42号维也纳拉格、海锚皇家香草世涛、Seamonster seaweed淡色艾尔。但是下面这款酒，啤酒节期间您千万不能错过的——Slutty Mermaid三倍IPA。这款佳酿满满地洋溢着对啤酒花的爱慕，使用了两次干投啤酒花处理并呈现出漂亮的金黄色，高达9.2%的酒精度将会让您摆脱一整天的烦恼。
Slow Boat
Monkey’s Fist IPA, Endeavor Vienna Lager, Sea Anchor Imperial Vanilla Stout, Seamonster Seaweed Pale Ale. All fine beers, but not quite the end-of-the-day brew that you want to take a pass at before the festival ends. That is the Slutty Mermaid Triple IPA, a circus love of hops loaded down with whole cone hops and dry-hopped twice with a brilliant gold color, and a 9.2% ABV that will cap off your day with the boozy tingle that you deserve.
箭厂将会带来他们最经典的断片儿IPA和长弓射手以及多款适合夏季畅饮的啤酒。慢慢来IPA是最新推出的一款啤酒花香气炸裂的精酿啤酒。而一箭双雕则是一款风味清淡的拉格啤酒，可以作为中场休息的完美搭配。
Arrow Factory
Arrow Factory is bringing classic brands like the Seeing Double IPA and the English Longbowman along with several sessionable beers well suited for summer. The Manman Lai session IPA is a late edition hop bomb with a bursting flavor and aroma, and the Two Birds Lager is a light yet flavorful lager to cool off with when you need a mid-festival break.
京A的小伙伴们会带来自己的最强啤酒组合，包括客人们最喜欢的飞拳IPA、京城特白小麦啤酒、土豪金比尔森。而他们最近刚刚发售了新酒，改革开放三倍IPA。它具有令人脑洞大开的12%酒精度。还有傻妞赛森啤酒：一款春季赛森啤酒，为了庆祝Alex Acker的女儿的出世而酿制。
Jing A
The guys at Jing A are bringing an armada of beers that includes fan favorites like the Flying Fist IPA, Mandarin Wheat, and the Tuhao Gold Pilsner. Headlining the Jing A menu are the recently released Gaige Kaifang Triple IPA, which reaches a mind opening 12% ABV, and Mikayla, a spring saison brewed to celebrate the birth of brewmaster Alex Acker’s daughter.
北京精酿啤酒节现场您会有机会尝遍上述的所有酒款，而且我们郑重承诺，只多不少。啤酒节嘛，就应该有啤酒节的样子。如果你喜欢啤酒，特别是喜欢好啤酒，6月10号和11号两天在银河SOHO，我们不见不散哦。
