很多同学私信问：暑期实习内推出来了没有？这个问题我统一回复一下：如果你自己能够申请成功这些bigname的实习，完全没有必要等我们的内推，毕竟一切还是未知数。

至于你能不能拿到offer，我不知道，你也不知道，你为什么不去试一试？等待是一件很浪费时间的事情。

P&G is now looking for Year 2018 fresh graduates to be summer interns in July 2017. We believe our internship program can offer you the unique opportunity to make a significant contribution to our business, while at the same time, allowing you to have a comprehensive understanding of how we operate. We think you will find this both a very challenging and rewarding experience.

We target to recruit summer interns across the nation but we will centralize our recruiting activities in the following recruiting cities. Since each function has specifice recruiting plan in different cities, please read through the following carefully and make your city and function choice right in the upcoming questions regarding to this:

1. Function Choice - select the function you will apply for internship. If your preferred function has NO recruiting plan in your preferred recruiting city, you may choose another city which is most convenient to you. To note, you will need to travel to this city to join the recruiting qualification activities later.
2. City Choice - select the recruiting city you will join our recruiting activities, which including recruiting tests and interviews.

Watch-Out:

1. Once you choose the function, we will treat it as your FINAL decision and we will assess your qualification based on this.
2. If you choose a function which does not have the recruiting plan in your selected city, we will treat the information as INVALID.

Intern Recruiting City & Function List:

1. BeiJing- Brand Management, Consumer & Market Knowledge
2. Guangzhou- Brand Management, Consumer & Market Knowledge, Information Technology, Product Supply
3. Shanghai- Brand Management, Consumer & Market Knowledge
4. HongKong- Information Technology, Product Supply
5. Oversea- Consumer & Market Knowledge, Information Technology

Qualifications

Students who will graduate from university in Year 2018 and with good academic records in any major field are invited to apply. We need people with strong collaboration and leadership skills, conceptual & logical thinking, good at communication and problem solving.

Please write your name in both English (PinYin) and Chinese when filling out the application form in the upcoming application.

很多同学视〖宝洁八大问〗为宝典，事实上，也确实是。

说它是的原因是：你能认真准备好这8个问题的回答，应对大部分软性技能面试都不用慌张1. Describe an instance where you set your sights on a high/demanding goal and saw it through completion. 

举例说明，你如何制定了一个很高的目标，并且最终实现了它。

这一点可以考量出两个问题，第一就是面试者对自己的规划和目的性，“很高”这两个字可以一眼看出你对于未来的定位的高低，接着实现的过程可以直接体现你对于目标的规划，是否具有相应的规划，又是如何在目标的实现出体现这个人的规划中的执行力。

2. Summarize a situation where you took the initiative to get others going on an important task or issue and played a leading role to achieve the results you wanted. 

请举例说明你在一项团队活动中如何采取主动性，并且起到领导者的作用，最终获得你所希望的结果。

这个问题着重在团队中的主动性，可以看出你进入公司后与同事合作的程度，然后又强调了领导者的角色，便是来测试你的个人领导力和决策力。领导者这个还能看出你的雄心和以后升职的空间。

3. Describe a situation where you had to seek out relevant information, define key issues and decide on which steps to take to get the desired results. 

请详细描述一个情景，在这个情景中你必须搜集相关信息，划定关键点，并且决定依照哪些步骤能够达到所期望的结果。

这个主要是表示一个人的计划性，而且你描述的情境也能看出你对于职场的经验，过难过易都不好，在其间你的计划完成度和期望的结果可以让面试者看出你的能力和态度。

4. Describe an instance where you made effective use of facts to secure the agreement of others. 

举例说明你是怎样用事实促使他人与你达成一致意见的。

这个就比较简单了，我相信不仅仅在面试，哪怕你在大学也能遇到类似的问题。这里主要表现的就是一个执行度，你如果通过各种手段来说服他人达到你的目标，通过你的手段能看出你这个人的性格和为人处世的手段。

5. Give an example of how you worked effectively with people to accomplish an important result. 

举例证明你可以和他人合作，共同实现一个重要目标。

合作，一直都是公司所看重的。这里也是也为了测试出被面试者有没有合作经验，如何进行合作，求同存异，出现意见不合如何处理各种问题。其实跟第2问有雷同之处。

6. Describe a creative/innovative idea that you produced which led to a significant contribution to the success of an activity or project. 

举例证明，你的一个创意曾经对一个项目的成功起到至关重要的作用。

既然是创意，主要是看出你的创新性，看你如何从构思这个创意，到被他人接受以及实施的过程，在这里，会体现你的创新，说服，执行等等的品质。

7. Provide an example of how you assessed a situation and achieved good results by focusing on the most important priorities. 

请举例，你是怎样评估一种情况，并将注意力集中在关键问题的解决。

注意力集中总让人想到小时候老师说要专心之类的话，这里也主要是看你的一种对未来风险的评估和预测能力，接着你是如何想尽一切办法来解决这些困境。

8. Provide an example of how you acquired technical skills and converted them to practical application. 

举例说明你怎样获得一种技能，并将其转化为实践。

这个可能关于公司对于人才后期的培训，毕竟很多人的专业和应征的岗位或多或少都有出入。问这个问题的时候，主要是看应试者的认知和学历能力，在培训中是否有焦急不耐之类的负面情绪，还有是否有学习的精神，如何解决学习中出现的问题。
