The stories in CCNU

十年前我来过
十年后我仍在
十年后我还来
Ten years ago,
it was the first time my footprints left on this road.
This place is filled a smell of home,
with the young to the old.
Time flows,
people come and go.
I still stay here though,
to continue my story with English corner in CCNU.

“请问这里可以坐吗？”
“你带来了什么？”
“智慧。”
“请坐。”
This is our bench.
We give it a name—— smart bench.
That is to say,
only smart people can sit on it.
Every week we spend our time here
and have a conversation between the wise.
From drink to food.
From poem to life philosophy.

记忆最深是林子
以及八号楼后面
郁郁葱葱的草坪
我欢喜在那儿
度过一下午
吹着春风
追着蚂蚱
When I was a little girl,
I preferred to spend the whole afternoon
rolling on the grass and chasing after locusts,
with the touch of wind,
till the sky appeared the moon.
于是乎
大大小小的林子里
多了我穿梭的身影
曲径通幽
落叶遍地
带领着探险小分队
玩玩闹闹四处巡游
When I was a little girl,
I left my footprints here and there,
exploring my own world
and my own adventure.

小时候，我在华师
附小旁的小卖部有我挥之不去的身影
一手拿着玩具
一手拿着雪糕
走在梧桐絮飘扬的林荫道上
When I was a little boy,
my shadow by the shop still left there,
with a toy in hand,
an ice cream in another.
后来的我，在华师
体育馆后
游泳馆前
游走于背着游泳圈的人群中
低价卖出校内优惠游泳票
我数着我的第一桶金
笑得很开心
When I was a little boy,
I got my first bucket of gold right in front of the swimming pool.
That day and that moment,
I hope I can still remember till I become old.
校园清洁工
我们这群人
平凡而又普通
坚守在华师各个角落
自早上薄雾水汽浮动大地
到晚上散尽最后一丝余晖
人来尽 又散去
我们始终在原地
扫着忠守与信仰
一来一去
细心挥动
毫不懈怠
Just like the guardian,
we hold to every corner in CCNU.
From morning mist floating up and down on the ground,
to evening the last ray of sunlight fading into the air.
People come and go,
we are still here,
standing with faith.
一年四季
淡淡出入
只希望当汗水划过
渗入大地
抬头时看到的
是华师宽敞的街道
明亮的天空
和华师姑娘
真诚愉悦的笑容
Every movement goes with a sincere heart,
with only the hope to see——
the bright sky above us,
and delighted face of lassies in CCNU.
小时候，我在华师
现在，我在华师
任凭人来人往
云卷云舒
楼拆楼建
花落花种
华师故事千千万万
但沉淀下来的文化
经久不衰
CCNU,
I was there,
I am here.
Those stories
I’ve watched,
I’ve smelled,
I’ve touched,
I’ve heard,
I remember them all.
