First of all, youconsent to your parents, as they are.

首先，你同意自己的父母，以他们的本来面目去同意他们

And you consent totheir ancestors, as they are.

你也同意他们的祖先，以他们的本来面目去同意他们

And you consent toyourself, exactly as you are.

你也同意你自己，完全接纳你自己的本来面目

Don’t wish thatanything should be different. You are the best possible edition of yourself.

不要祈愿什么应该不同，你是你自己所有可能中最好的版本



And you consent toyour guilt.

你同意自己的罪疚

And you consent toeverything you rejected before in yourself.

你同意所有从前在你内心抗拒的一切

You look at it, andyou say to everything that there is“yes, I consent.”

你看着它，对每一件事都说：是的，我同意

And you feel whateffect it has in your soul, and in your body, if you just consent.

去感觉如果你只是同意，它对你的心灵有什么样的影响，对你的身体又有什么样的影响

And you consent toyour successes, and to your failures, equally.

你以平等的心, 同意你自己的成功, 也同意你自己的失败

You grew by yoursuccesses, and you grew by your failures as well.

你经由自己的成功成长了，你也经由自己的失败成长了

So by consenting, youcan leave something behind, and move forward, with confidence.

所以经由同意，你可以放下一些，再往前走，带着自信地往前走。

And your conditionsperhaps at work, or at school, or in your country, you consent it, exactly asit is.

你同意你的状况，可能是工作上的，或者是学校上的，或者是你的国家上的，完全以它本来的面目去同意它

If there is aconflict, you consent to the one party, and you consent to the other party, andyou consent here to the conflict, as it is.

如果存在冲突，你同意其中的一方，你也同意另外一方，你也同意这个冲突本身，就以它的本来面目去同意它

In this way, you gainstrength.

以这样的方式，你得到了力量

If there is anythingwhich we object to, we lose strength.

如果有任何我们反对的，我们就会失去力量

By consenting, wegain strength.

经由同意，我们得到了力量

Because then we arein tune with everything.

因为那个时候，我们就跟所有的一切融合了

If you have illness,or other special condition, you consent.

如果你生病了，或者有其他特殊状况，你也同意

And then, anythingyou consent to, can leave you too after a time.

然后呢，你同意所有的事情，过了一段时间，也可以离开你

Once it is consentedto, it will have completed its task.

一旦它得到了同意，它就已经完成了它的使命

Consent to thisfeeling, exactly as it is. That is how it is.

同意你现在的感受，以它本来的面目去同意它，它就是这个样子的

Just consenting.Breath deeply, slowly and deeply.

只要同意。深深地呼吸，缓慢地、深深地呼吸



And consent to mysmile, and to your smile of course too. There you are. Isn’t it wonderful if weconsent?

同意我的微笑，当然也同意你自己的微笑。你就在那里。我们同意的时候不是很美吗？

By consenting, youleft the feelings of a child. Now you are big, and strong, and able.

经由同意，你就离开了做孩子时候的感觉了。现在你长大了，很强壮，而且有能力。
